We have bought a few things from Bison now and have been extremely happy with what they send. The customer service is second to non, nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for speaking in layman terms to a complete dummy when it comes to parts for trucks.

Amazing customer service
It is easy to give good customer service when things go right. It's when things go wrong that a business really shows their commitment to customer service.
Without going into detail my order went wrong, badly wrong. Although this was not the fault of Bison Parts they took care of everything and put matters right.

They advertise the right part but they send something different. Apparently it was a mistake but has cost me £300. There are other sellers with better quality parts and they send the correct one. I will not buy from this company again.
September 21, absolutely rubbish reply. No customer service whatsoever and no integrity. Do not purchase from these clowns unless you want a rubbish part or something that doesn't fit.

Very sorry accidents do happen, from human error to supplier cross refference errors. Yours was a cross refference error. We would always advise you to allow as much time as possible to order your parts, so if an accidents happens (Including lost or damaged goods) we can put it right. Unfortunately we do not pay for down time.

VERY ODD RETURNS POLICY - BEWARE
Parts ordered and delivered Quickly like always, but on this order a mirror arm replacement For one of my lorries didn't adjust correctly and had to be removed and sent back for refund. 5 weeks on and no refund. Bison parts have stated that until their supplier refunds them I will not get my refund. I have never known an online seller to operate like this before. Such a shame but as there are lots of firms selling the same things I’ll move on to another supplier for future orders.

Very Sorry, but with current lock down issue there has been delays with some returns and warranties with some suppliers within our supply chain and we have noticed some have been a little slower than normal.
We do apologise for these delays during these unprecedented time.

replacement door handle for…Renault traffic
Ordered a replacement door handle for Renault traffic. The part was sent promptly and was the right part. Unfortunately it broke at the pivot point of the handle within five days. Clearly the plastic quality of this particular part is poor. I did understand it was not a genuine Renault part but thought it would give better service than a few days. I managed to use the handle part of the original which has been on over ten years and the inner workings of the new unit to make up a working handle from the two.

Very Sorry, these are much cheaper than OE Version, but we too expect them to be suitable for the Job. We have sold over 100 of these with no other reported issues. I will look into this item some more.
I would be more than happy to send you another foc for you to replace the Broken one.
