Bison Parts Avis 

Their after sales service is really bad, I sent back an order within 2 days of receiving it and never received a refund for it (it’s been more than a month since I shipped the order), Bison received and accepted the order and will not issue a refund for me.

Ordered parts for my campervan. First class help from sales lady. Great knowledge and understanding of shipping to CI. Parts were packed, dispatched and arrived without delay.
All now fitted and job done. Thanks.

Even though the part was not correct that was sent they stepped up tio the plate in quick time.
Nothing was a bother and they made is so easy to rectify.

I needed an upper cable for l/h rear door of 2013 transit Although they did not stock this item, their communication response times were excellent

Ordered February and delivery arrived a few months later except rear window grill it’s now June.
Sent emails asking about missing grill with no response.

Time wasting while no customer service.

Have purchased parts many times , they have always been the most competitively priced and their delivery speed second to none.

I found Bison parts on eBay and noticed they were near by. I called ahead to check they had the parts I needed to collect. They have an amazing service, were very helpful and good prices.

Ordered something from Bison via eBay. The item got lost in transit but Bison sorted it immediately and the part was delivered very quickly. Their communication and customer service is brilliant.

Order received with one missing item but as soon as I messaged the seller they apologized and sent the part out straight away. Great to deal with and these things happen and it was dealt with which was great customer service. That's the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars but I'd happily buy from this seller again as they were great to deal with and good quality products.

Excellent service with packaging and labelling my self-arranged shipment to Belgium. Fair price, quick response, very polite and no funny business.

Dont trust whatever they say on the phone. Unless you order by email they don't stand by anything they say. My part was delivered to the wrong person and I didn't get it till after there 28 day return policy ended, the part didn't end up fitting and when I asked to return it they said that it was over the days and also they don't do returns on ordered in parts. I specifically asked when ordering the part on the phone whether it was returnable and was told it was. Not to mention the reason it was over the 28 days because they sent it to a different person's name at my address not mine!

Normally they answer questions quickly but I sent in a multipoint question and the answer was mixed.
Some parts not answered, some parts the reply wasn't helpful. Normally you get a complete answer but this time I had to reply with follow up questions.
Maybe I hit a rushed agent, maybe they answer quick as possible, or number per day and mine required more effort to understand.

Many thanks for the reply, it is probably my lack of knowledge and vagueness but this time I went elsewhere.
