customer service and management
My experience with the manger involved and customer service was disappointing. Yes I received generic apologies with referrals to terms and conditions, but the returned communication seemed insincere. It was mentioned by a previous customer that if you request to leave, they will reply instantly with an acceptance, and they did. It’s not the way I remember customer services dealt with complaints, however it’s a quick and sure way to get their complaints cleared.

First time joining and was abit worried after reading a review but took the plunge. Really happy with my experience. Online site easy to navigate and deposit was straightforward. Lucky enough to win and just waiting on 2 withdrawals to be processed so can't comment on withdrawals just yet but so far so good.
Alot of other sites now seem impossible to be able to get bonuses, wins on spins and keep glitching with no customer service help, this site so far seems enjoyable so will use this site more

Funny how slots stop working…
Slots always ‘stop working’ when you are winning and seem to always have a technical problem. Company allows you to keep depositing funds with no option to put in a limit on sign up. When trying to contact through online chat on 2 occasions it never worked. And now they are not responding to emails! Avoid avoid avoid! They are just after your money and have no customer care.
Thanks for your response but it doesn’t explain why online chat was not working and also why my emails to your company asking for your complaints policy and SAR have been ignored? There have been a number of other emails ignored prior to me requesting this information. It’s simply not acceptable or appropriate to ignore emails that require response from consumers.
