In 2019 Black Owl provided the most competitive price and best offering for our needs. Tim advised on better naming of our group on the web, registered name etc and has developed a new website for us which, following the included training, we have been able to update ourselves making this a useful tool. The support along the way has been excellent.
We are pleased that the reasonably priced ongoing support package means we don't have to worry about our website.

When my laptop developed severe problems, slow loading, Word stopped operating, unable to open documents, frequent need to reboot etc. (so frustrating), a friend recommended Tim, Black Owl. We discussed issues and Tim initially remotely fixed Word, to my great relief. He suggested a full service and change of security provider to Sophos (cheaper than my provider), as felt it was causing some of the issues! We arranged collection whilst ensuring social distancing. Less than 24 hours later it was returned and runs like a dream and is a pleasure to use again. My printer put itself obstinately off line. I made the situation worse trying to put it right. Tim was very patient and guided me by phone through a complicated process to put things right. It now works fine.
