I was looking for a certain Flexfit cap. Searching the internet I came upon Blankstyle and they had the exact cap I was looking for at a good price. I ordered six and they were shipped the same day and I got them quick.

We came to Blankstyle in a real bind....max pain with a very short turnaround to get merch shipped to the print shop so we could pick up in time for our conference. She jumped through so many hoops and went above and beyond my wildest expectations to get the order shipped out quick enough to get to the print shop. I cannot express my gratitude enough. I ordered a large quantity of Richardson 112 caps, and at a great price! The response time from the staff on updates for my order was so efficient, it made me feel at easy about being able to get my customers orders completed on time. I had a problem with my order being shipped and more etc.. But thanks to Janet who I spoke with multiple times she made my day so much easier. Here I am thinking that I was going to call and meet somebody who didnt understand my situation and would not be able to help but I met Janet who was extremely nice and understanding. She helped me figure out my situation and resolve my problem I definitely recommend asking to speak with Janet great costumer service from her and she makes working with blank style customer support so much easier she made my day and didnt even know it. At first I was iffy. Then I realized I made a wrong size order type. All the shirts came in correct sizes and fast. I will order from this company again.

This was my first time using Blanksyle and I was looking for a new place to get tshirt so I split the order between 2 differnt places and needless to say Blanksyle did such a great job. They were easy to work with, my shirts turned out exactly like I wanted them to look, I absolutley love them..... The other place not so well. Customer service has been great over email and the phone. Had issues paying on the website and sorted it via paypal through email. The digital mock up is exactly what I wanted, and they listened to the specific order detail I sent them.

David on the Chat went above and beyond helping me place my order. My computer has a crazy blocker that apparently wouldn't let me adjust my order. David, adjusted the order. Then I couldn't make the payment work right and he sent me a paypal link, it wouldn't come to my regular email he sent it twice and then again to my other email. He was patient, kind and kept trying and thinking of other ways to be helpful when I couldn't get logged in, because Blankstyle said it didn't recognize my email and he even laughed at my jokes while we were waiting. I very much appreciate good customer service as our world has gone so far downhill in kindness towards others. I was irritated with my computer, Blankstyle was the only source with the size, color and quantity I needed and his helpfulness got me exactly what I needed.
