Easy buying experience. Found the product on-line.Simple to research and find positive reviews and find a local supplier. The purchasing procedure was quick and simple and we were able to arrange an early delivery date. We were given good notice by the installation team on the delivery date allowing us to prepare. Installation team (Jack and Chris) were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and the fridge was installed quickly. Overall a 5 star procedure.

The delivery company were so quick. They arrived at 8.55 a. M and left at 9.10 a. M having taken the old fridge away and installed the new one.

Bought the hob. Easy to install and works to cook instantly. The touch screens are very good. The warranty is very good.

My Blomberg Under Unit Double Oven is great, I have only been using it for a couple of days and it is a pleasant experience, with deeper trays than my previous oven and it is easier to clean.
One minor problem I had installing it is that the base unit I installed into had to be lower than the rest of the kitchen units for it to fit below the unit top.

I contacted Blomberg to activate the appliance warranty. It was very easy and the person who dealt with my call was very helpful.

It was a good experience and the member of sales was knowledgeable although when given the appliance measurements he stated all were the same dimensions but when the appliance arrived and was being integrated the depth was a few mm over the space. This required some adjustment to plaster on the wall!
The delivery was free and appliance delivered exactly as agreed

We have always chosen Blomberg products for many years, we find them excellent in all departments, the warranty on our new washing machine is covered for 5 years, our last machine lasted 13 years without a problem so for us they are a quality brand, the same goes for our fridge and our 2 freezers all excellent quality.

The fridge would be improved if more provision was made to adjust the height of the shelves.
A tub of yogurt just will not fit and that means lost space. To make the adjustment the sides of the fridge need to be reformed. Not a big issue but something to bear in mind. Also the bottom shelf on the door is a tight fit for a 2L carton of milk
