Early days as yet but very happy with my new integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Both have features that are more akin to more expensive appliances, such as automatic opening on completion of the wash cycle and adjustable drawers on the dishwasher, and an ice cube shelf in the freezer section and stay fresh longer vegetable compartment in the fridge section.

Unresolved warranty registration, new machine purchased 16/9 came with 5 year warranty with free 10 year ( for motor only ) but confirmation emails - 2 one of which has misspelt name & address both confirm 3 year warranty only.

Very helpful and fitted very promptly and very pleased with the washing machine.

I was very impressed with the salesman who offered advice and help when I was choosing a machine , but he was not pushy, nor did he try to influence my decision

My experience was very average. Unfortunately, I was not happy with the level of customer support I received. Communication and support could have been much better, and overall, the experience was disappointing.

The purchase and delivery of my new fridge were fine, but when I tried to activate the 3 year guarantee I had a complete nightmare. After ringing the number given, I spent a very long time being passed from one operative to another, repeating the same information and being told to do it online, I was finally told that because the fridge is being used in a village hall. not a domestic residence, I was not eligible for any guarantee at all! Not only is this an unacceptable policy, but the first person I spoke to should have been able to explain it clearly. I have wasted several hours on this and am left without a guarantee for my product. Not good enough!

Bought my washing machine 3 weeks ago and now it won't drain the water

A lovely washing machine, easy to use, effective and so much quieter than my older washing machine. If I have one quibble it's that there's no laundry liquid measure aid in the detergent drawer. A minor inconvenience. Otherwise, in really happy with my new washing machine and value the long warranty period.

I needed a fridge/freezer quickly and got my Blomberg one very quickly. Great service from the retailer and I’m delighted with my purchase. An excellent choice!

I have been told by various third parties that have bought Bloomberg kitchen appliances that it will be very difficult to register. However I found it very easy and had no problems at all in registry or electric oven

All good as promised

I love my new dishwasher because it has a light inside as well as a light pointing down on the floor to show it is on. As an integrated dishwasher this means I can see when it is working, a big advantage over my previous model. I also like the cutlery tray instead of the basket as it means the cutlery is spread out so gets nice and clean and the extra space where the basket went is useful. Everything comes out sparkling and clean even old saucepans. Only complaint I have is that when I tried to ring to register my new appliance warranty the phone system did not work for two days and when I did eventually get through the person who answered did not have a clue why I was ringing and had difficulty in understanding me. Then I was cut off. I eventually managed to register it on line. The leaflet enclosed with the dishwasher only said it could be registered by phone.

I really like the variety of programmes in the machine. The red light which shines when machine is working is so helpful. The one critism I have is that it is difficult to put extra large glasses on top, they need to be put with dinner plates whuch can leave less room for them. Otherwise it is excellent and quiet for a dishwasher.....a real plus point Mary Bambrough

Bought an integrated dishwasher from Toobys of Ingleton. Very happy with everything, the price, the fitting and the staff. I have only used the dishwasher twice so far but am impressed. Everything exceptionally clean, machine is quiet. This machine has neon light showing it's on and automatic opening on finish. Didn't have before as old one was 12 years old. Very happy. Also got 5 years full warranty...fab.

Sorrel and Son delivered and installed my new Bloomberg freezer which seems good. Their service was impeccable.
