Call quality was simply not good enough…
Call quality was simply not good enough and for some unknown reason, the agent ended my first call attempt to renew my insurance. Listen back to the call and you'll understand.

I renewed by phone and found (as always) that it was simple procedure and the staff helped you all the way.
