The young lady we dealt with explained everything to us. We got the cover we wanted. Only negative was the fact I’m 66 and it was twice the price of last year. But you have to have insurance.

I tried for two days to renew my travel insurance by phone which is my preferred option, however I was just in a queue each time and after 10 to 15 minutes I hung up. Eventually I requested call back. After more than two hours waiting I decided to try and renew online, which wasn't too difficult. About 3.30 hours after requesting call back somebody did ring back. I explained I had renewed online, the caller did apologise. I was disappointed I couldn't use my preferred option.

Your impossible to contact. There is nobody to talk to. You don't respond to emails.
Your web make is useless and almost impossible to navigate. Overall I need to find new service provider

To complete the purchase of the insurance policy, the sales lady who was very polite and explained all relevant information very well - took about 10 minutes all in. However, I was on hold for 51 minutes - no reasonable excuse for being on hold waiting that length of time. I couldn't obtain the insurance online because I was travelling by motorcycle which has a specific loading for same.
