My items arrived and unfortunately one of them was incorrect. I was dreading having to sort the issue out but the customer services team (Katy) was brilliant and resolved the issue very quickly and a replacement item was dispatched the following day. Can’t fault the process.

Great company to deal with. I am a nail mail subscriber and one of my boxes got ruined in the sun so I contacted bluesky to see if it was possible to purchase this box again and add it to my July delivery. They responded very quickly and were so helpful. My issue was resolved within a day! Thank you Bluesky 😊👍

Katy from customer services was so great. I ordered the wrong thing by mistake and she helped me to cancel the order so that I could change it! My discount also didn't apply when I went to reorder, but I only realised after I had paid. Katy also refunded this for me and was very helpful.

I have bought many of blue skys gel polish and is of good quality. My gripe is the length of time to dispatch and deliver. Ordered on 30th May received 14th June. Had I known it was shipped from (probably) China I would have bought from a UK dealer rather than direct from them

I ordered some cat eye gels and a magnet. The gels are great. The missing star is down to the fact that I ordered a magnet which is needed for the cat eye effect, but this didn’t come. I contacted bluesky and Katy was really helpful. Unfortunately I didn’t think to take photos of the packaging to prove that the magnet was missing, but Katy accepted to photo of the gels that did arrive, and has sent out the magnet to me. She dealt with my query really quickly and was really helpful. Thank you!

I cannot thank Katy enough for her professional level of customer support. It was unfortunate that I received the wrong item and then to receive another wrong item before getting the correct item, but it was quickly resolved ( a week! that's amazing ) so I have nothing to complain about.... love the service, love the gels!

Bluesky has been amazing—it helped me gain people’s trust and build a strong reputation in Duhok, Iraq. Even though my sister and I are home-based and work from home, our clients say we do better than big nail centers. One day, we will open our own nail place, and we will make sure everything is from Bluesky!

Da wartet man auf Rückmeldung seit einer Woche wegen einer Sache. Zu dem finde ich das Preisleistungsverhältnis ziemlich hoch. Die Farben stinken extrem nach Lack das der ganze Raum danach stink.

Update vom 31.1.25:
Bluesky weigert sich meinen Account samt Daten zu löschen! Der Grund? Sie müssen diese angeblich 10 Jahre aufbewahren weil ich mehrfach dort bestellt habe. In den AGB steht folgendes:
gemäß Art. 17 DSGVO das Recht, die Löschung Ihrer bei uns gespeicherten personenbezogenen Daten zu verlangen.

Ich kann Bluesky nicht empfehlen! Sorry ich bin mega sauer 😡 was ist das für ein Sch**ß Online Shop bitte?!

Na het product op sociale media te zijn tegengekomen heb ik het besteld. De prijzen waren erg realistisch en de site was makkelijk mee om te gaan.
Ik heb het op woensdag om 15:00 besteld en vrijdag was het in huis. Producten waren heel netjes ingepakt en er was duidelijke informatie over de verzending. Ik ben heel tevreden over het product!!

I've just received the best customer service from Bluesky. I've had to contact them twice over several years for things and I've had such helpful people and outcomes better than I expected. Great work Bluesky.

I used to be a loyal customer and spent so much money buying from this company. When I received my last order I was sent an incorrect colour and another one that is nothing like the photo on their website. This was not the first time that their photos were incorrect. I contacted them and mentioned the incorrect shade sent and also the misleading photos. They sent me the correct shade in the post quickly however she didn’t comment on the photos being inaccurate. I had to email them again regarding this. They offered me to return for a refund - when I pay the postage. So what’s the gain in there? I pay for the postage what’s half of my refund right?they get their item back to resell and I’m left with the loss because they are not acknowledging their error. For me this is ripping off people.
As a customer there is nothing worse than being ignored or not accepting that you mislead your customers. I read the reviews and there are many people who had the same issue with this company and they just chose to ignore. I think there are very serious concerns when it comes to their customer service and ignoring them is not the way to retain customers. I would not spend another penny with this company again.

First time purchasing, purchased a neutral coloured gel polish. Whilst I appreciate colours can vary from advert to real life the colour advertised and provided on the lid was nothing like the gel in the bottle. I was advised that I could return the item but I would have to pay postage! I advised that this makes me wary of further purchases from them to which I received no further response!
