I emailed the customer service team at Bluesky and received a response from Katy and had my order sent out all within an hour! Fantastic service and the products I've been ordering for years are always great quality.

I’ve been using Bluesky for a very long time. Beautiful colours, easy to use, lovely coverage and last well.
I emailed them a few years ago to ask about there numbers (they changed them but colour was still the same) and they replied straight away.
I’ve just done an order and stupidly ordered a couple of the same colours I already have! Emailed them asking if I return them would they do a swap, again the quickest reply and they said yes! What a company!

I received a mystery box, brilliant items great value ,had a small issue so emailed in and it was resolved in less then 24 hours ! Great customer service and great products. Will continue to use for many years !

This nail gel is the worst product I have ever bought online and I would like a full refund to purchase another brand
It smells ghastly and the smell lingers on which makes me nauseous, the colour is nothing like what’s advertised and it isn’t a gel polish.
This company is supplying rubbish and they should not be trading

I did not realise the old address was on my order Katy very kindly changed it to the correct address i am looking forward to receiving the gels

Incredible service! I chose the wrong colour so I contacted the cst team and within 24 hours someone came back to me and allowed me to swap the colour for something suitable! I have always used Bluesky products, the gel is far superior to other brands and stays shiny for a long time. Thank you Bluesky :)

The fact that the goods in the order were sent as a letter instead of parcel brought some confusion for the delivery process because it was not possible to track the delivery. In addition, I had to fill a tax clearance and wait in uncertainty if it goes through finally.
As for the goods, nail polish is a bit too watery, primer couldn't hold couple of nails for several days, but cuticle oil is quite nice.

I've never had any problems with blue sky products what so ever i use their gel polish on all my clients , i have had clients that have had it last up to 9 weeks other than nail grown very pleased & would most definitely recommend

I have found that Bluesky always have great gel colours that last well. Recently after an error with an automated name and address, Katy at the Customer Service team was excellent. I made contact by email on a Sunday morning and by the afternoon my order was being resent. I would definitely recommend Bluesky - not only for the great range of products but also because they want to get it right for their customers.

Have ordered from Bluesky for years, great products and quick delivery. This time I ordered the builder gel for the first time - bit nervous to try it , but was easy to use and very effective. Slight issue with the colour I'd ordered, but customer services sorted it quickly and easily. Great company to buy from

Edit:I called royal mail this morning, they confirm Bluesky have printed the label for my order 8 days ago, but not posted it off yet. I have still not heard from bluesky. (2nd Edit: bluesky contacted me after I left this review and said what Royal Mail had told me was incorrect. Either way...12 says on and I still await delivery. Bluesky have said if the delivery does not arrive within 14 days they will issue a full refund. Shame they send out their orders by 2nd class. Our orders are more important to us customers...so 1st class would be much better with an option for paying for next day maybe?)

We love the range....however the 1 star is for customer service. Ordered 23 colours to upgrade our range. So big order. Ordered over a week ago and still not arrived. Did get a reply at first but only apologising not offering any help. Been emailing for last 3 days begging for a call or help but I'm being totally ignored. There is no number on their website. So what do I do?....cancel payment with credit card? Have clients booked for function next week.They could dispatch repeat order and if 1st order turns up I could return it. But staff at Bluesky ignoring me so this is only place left for me to ask them to pleeaassseee help.

I love their products and my nails always look amazing. Ordered something during the weekend and received it on Wednesday which was good. Only bad thing is they seem to constantly do shimmer after shimmer colour and I had to stop the monthly subscription which is a shame because I love the surprise concept of the thing. I subscribed for 8 months and only 1 of the months didn't I received a shimmer colour. I was absolutely craving for solids. When I made them the suggestion I got a response in instagram "you can never have enough shimmering ". 1 star for listening to your consumer. The Good review is because I can still buy solid colours independently and they are good quality.

Excellent customer care. Always very quick to dispatch orders, and recently contacted customer services with regards to a promotional discount - and Katy was super efficient and helpful in resolving my questions.
