Bluesky Cosmetics Avis 

I placed an order it arrived within a few days, I’ve done a few sets of nails and I just came home from a 10 day holiday and my nails are still perfect! So impressed by their gel set!

I absolutely love this polish. I received the starter pack and the colors were beautiful. No streakiness, cured quick, great colors, and best of all no burning when it cures. I will definitely be back and will spread the word!

I placed my order on January 11, sent countless emails asking for updates, clarity about a refund or sending a new package etc… and I’ve been ghosted every single time. I’ve had to start 5 or 6 different threads because their customer service was of ZERO help. I’ve tried being polite but that got me absolutely nowhere. I don’t even know what they do all day, probably fidgeting with their toes since they never answer any emails. It’s currently end of April and I’m still being ignored. This is so embarrassing for them honestly. I can’t imagine being this incompetent.

I didn’t start new threads “hoping that the context of the incorrect address would be lost.” I started new threads because even after clarifying the address was the same, I was ignored. I was also ignored after having asked several valid questions about information I would need to help track the package or next steps like:
1. Was it sent through postal service or a shipping company?
2. How long would I have to wait to see if the package was returned to your warehouse?
3. I was previously told that i had to wait 14 days after the expected delivery date before we could consider the package lost in transit but it had been long past that.

Even if the issue had been that i gave you a “bad address”, what then? You just keep my money? It’s been months and you still refuse to offer any sort of help.

serious company...the nail polish I ordered arrived without any problem and I like their products.

I have recieved amazing customer service & support from bluesky cosmetics, shipping is so quick, I received my order within 2 days as always :) unfortunately my package was damaged & one of the polishes was missing not at fault of bluesky but I received a lovely email back straight away from katy at the customer service team to say a replacement was on its way to me. I have always had fantastic customer service from this company, I love all there products, I couldn’t recommend them enough Thank you x

Great customer service. Asked for my address to be amended as the default address inserted from my laptop was missing my second line of address, which meant that my parcel was returned back to Bluesky Cosmetics' warehouse. I contacted their customer service straight away and they tracked my parcel down and sent it back to me with the correct address the same day they received it. Katy was super helpful and I really appreciated how she took my issue into her own hands. She was also very fast in responding to my queries.
I have recently started doing my nails myself, but my very experienced nail technician (who I don't see anymore since I moved city) used to use their brand and it was always incredible, I am very excited to try their products myself, I know they are great from experience!

Hello, my parcel arrived today not only came in late (order made 30/10) but also wrong items. I ordered 1 hard gel white and 1 hard gel soft clear pink, what i got in my parcel is 2 hard soft clear pink 😒!!! No email response after my parcel arrived with wrong items. Disappointed

I am a regular customer of Bluesky Gel varnishes and with my recent purchase there was a problem with delivery - not their fault. I contacted Bluesky and their response was immediate. Within a few days the problem was sorted and I had delivery within the week. Very happy customer.
