Ok so I’ve not received my order yet as I only did it yesterday. I accidentally ordered 2 of one colour I messaged them straight away to explain my error and asked if they could change one to a different colour. Which they have done straight away. It was my error but they have corrected it and to me that’s top notch customer service! I already have bluesky polishes and know they are fab

Literally the best customer service in THE WORLD. I lost my cable to my UV lamp and couldn't find anywhere online to replace it, so on the off chance I reached out to the customer service team. They sent me a new one for free! Really wasn't expecting that, and it came very quickly. Works just as the old one did. Blue sky products are also very good. If you apply the gel correctly and prep your nails well enough, it can last up to two weeks.

So much cheaper doing it yourself at home than getting them done every two weeks!

The original order did not arrive and I contacted the company.
They issued a replacement order which was received in 2 days. Correspondence with their Customer Services was amazing and they responded promptly and rectified the problem without quibbling.
I would thoroughly recommend the company.

I have been using Bluesky for years and it’s been the best one I’ve used.
I’ve recently bought the the ‘Hard Gel’ and it’s blown me away. It was on 2.5 weeks no chips my own nails have grown and the only reason why I did them again was because of the growth. My hands are constantly in water with my job and I can still have nice nails that are lasting even longer. It’s easy to apply you can use the extension foils but I’ve chose just to use my own nail. I can’t wait to see the growth again and it’s all my natural nail. Well done Bluesky!

Very runny watery polish, difficult to apply. Result was not what I expected, got a lot on the skin of the nailbed. Just to difficult for me to use. Maybe for some -who are good in applying polishes- it works, but not for me.

Great customer care. I emailed after receiving a broken polish on the post. I expected to wait at-least 24hrs for a reply but had one with in 2 hours. Along with an email letting me know a new polish was on the way. You cant fault that. Plus the polishes are great!

Have a monthly subscription with blue sky always on time and great products.I love the fact you can delay an order if you need to or change your subscription .Good quality products and great offers

I love buying from bluesky cosmetics, they sell long lasting, good quality gel nail polish and have such a wide range of beautiful colours to choose from! They are well priced too! Everything on their website is super easy to find as well 🙂

Very disappointed! They failed with the delivery and this week was the 3rd time in a row in trying to send me the items. I still haven’t received my order , after 2 attempts of failure because my address was incorrect in their system I have requested a full refund and instead they said they have now correct it and a new delivery will be sent . Again nothing and no refund.

I have used before their products but ordered them from Amazon , this time I had a voucher to be used on their official website. If I knew I will go through this situation, I wouldn’t order it.

I wasted my time in waiting for something that hasn’t even arrived.
