Easy to buy off there website. Really quick customer service when ever I have emailed them. Love the colours they do and have definitely developed an addiction! Accidently bought a colour I already owned and they were happy for me to send it back and I received a refund. Thanks Bluesky 😍

I ordered 4 colors here of which the blue appears to be very light and the red also just got a completely different color than what is on the website in addition, it only covers to 5 layers and gives it off after I put it under had the lamp

I cannot recommend Bluesky enough. I bought a kit at the beginning of lockdown, and I’ve not gone back to salons since. I love the variety of products they have, and I love the savings I’ve made not going to a salon every few weeks even more, without having sacrificed the professional finish of a salon manicure. The quality of the products is top notch.
I’ve made multiple orders from the company and only once have I had an issue where an item was missed out of the package. The item was scheduled for delivery within the hour of letting them know. Fantastic customer service!

Amazing customer service. An error with my order was rectified immediately and more than exceeded my expectations. Absolutely delighted. Fantastic, top quality products. Have tried similar gel products but nothing comes close.

I ordered a few items from their website, first time purchaser. Gave it plenty of time to arrive before my holiday. On their website they stated that postage is via 1st class. This is the main reason I chosen this company. Yes they do Next Day delivery option but like everybody else this option is void for certain locations like Scottish Highlands. So Royal Mail 1st class is the best option for me. Sooo, the dispatch was fast but after waiting a few days for my order, I released they sent via Hermes - the worst carrier in the whole world! I avoid any company who uses Hermes at all cost. It was getting very close to my trip and no order in sight. With only few days left I had to order something from Amazon prime and got it next day. Meanwhile I messaged the Bluesky customer service and asked to cancel my order pointing out that they mislead me on their delivery options. Got a reply saying they use Hermes when there is high volume of orders (nowhere it was stated in the delivery section), no apology for messing up my delivery and no cancellation of my order suggesting to wait until it arrives. Then I asked if I no longer want it because it arrives late and carrier delivers when Im away, who will be responsible for paying return postage costs since they did not deliver what was promised. No reply, complete silence.
Hermes did deliver one day before my trip, I was not home to refuse the delivery. Ok, some items in my order will be used, but the UV lamp is not needed as I already bought one from Amazon which was cheaper and now I can see the quality is better. The one that Bluesky supplied with their name on it is useless and not worth the money. The rest of stuff is ok. I will not be coming back, not worth engaging with a company who can’t be bothered to provide good service and customer care.

Have been satisfied with product. Sometimes can become a little thick in texture.

Love my purchase from Blusky Cosmetics: my gel starter pack with lamp came quickly and beautifully packaged and I have loved trying out gel nails for the first time at home. The lamp is easy to use, has timers that work everything out for you and I love how streamlined and compact it is which makes it super easy for toes too! I can safely say I’m a convert and I’m now excitedly picking more colours! Thanks to my friend who recommended I purchase here, I am a happy, perfectly manicured, lady! 🤣😜🙌🏻💅🏻

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They do not reply to messages and eventually when they do, they blame the courier and take no responsibility.

Now that I have received the products, I can honestly say that the lamp is substandard and does not cure like some of their competitors lamps.

This brand used to be good, but they have become a cheap brand with poor quality products
