Please help
I love bluesky dark colours as they have good coverage but the light colours need 9 coats to get a good coverage. Am I doing something wrong. I have bought 300 colours from you in the last 3 years but looking to re brand due to this but it’s a shame as I do love the blue sky range of colours. Hope you can help many thanks

So disappointed!
We bought this for my daughter's 16th but the lamp doesn't seem strong enough to dry the polish, it just stays sticky!! Any suggestions please??

Hi Sarah, we'd love to help you out here! The gel polish should be sticky to the touch after it has been cured in the lamp, as this is how the next coat adheres to the previous one. The sticky layer from the Top Coat is then removed using the Cleanser Wipes - if you purchased our Starter Kit, they will be in the kit for you :)
Other pointers to note is that the gel will need to be applied using a very thin layer to ensure a full cure.
