got the faulty glasses with scratches(2-3) in the middle of the glasses, but they quickly dispatched the new one. At first I was disappointed, but I was impressed by their quick response, and kind email.

Shocking
It is huge and it looks really cheap. Arrived with scratch on the lenses aswell. I want my money back! Waste of £20!!

I am ever so sorry you have received the incorrect pair and caused a negative experience however we hope now you have received the correct pair and kept the incorrect pair as a free replacement it has helped correct this negative experience for you. From my few days using them I think the blu glasses really help with eye fatigue as I work in front of a pc all day. My only issue is what the frame being so delicate I worry everyday that I snap or break them.

We're so glad you've found the glasses useful and they've been helping with your eye fatigue, that is exactly the reason we started this brand, to help people just like yourself struggling with computer use.
Our glasses are made with lightweight material in order for them to feel light on the face and not cause pain to the nose bridge over long periods of use, not to worry this doesn't mean the glasses are delicate, you can give them a good bend and they'll be fine!
Nice glasses
Nice glasses, not sure if they work as only just had them delivered. Only bad side is, for some reason, they don’t come with a glasses case or a cleaning cloth so they stick the glasses in a small sandwich bag and in bubble wrap. No way to really protect them unless you go buy a glasses case too. It doesn’t tell you that you need to buy a glasses case in the description either so I was unaware when I bought them.

We're very sorry your glasses didn't arrive with a cleaning cloth or case, we have since introduced both of these so that all glasses now arrive with a neoprene case and microfibre cloth for cleaning.

Outstanding product
Brilliant product, had headaches from constantly using screens whilst working from home and these glasses have fixed all of my headache problems! I’ve bought two as gifts for friends, so I would highly recommend! Also have quick and friendly customer service.

Brill glasses, excellent service
I have ordered from blu a few times and their service has always been excellent. Great glasses - I have the Jessica’s and the Originals and they’ve helped with my headaches through the past few months. I’ve also received a few compliments from friends on the new look! Worth the price. Thanks blu!
