Bockers & Pony Avis 

Found the package in a bush at the end of my driveway in the rain. No notification that it had been delivered or that it was there. I only found it when I was gardening.

There are lots of safe places to leave a package. The bush where it was left is not one of them.

I sent a gift 🎁 to my son and his partner and it was everything I hoped it would be and delivery was on time… would recommend to family and friends

I purchased this as a gift for my cousin and she was delighted with it.

I've received a Bocker & Pony hamper myself, so when I wanted to send a gift they were my first choice. The range is extensive with different price points, and the packaging makes the recipient feel special. I especially liked being able to complete the transaction but chose a delivery date several weeks in the future.

This was the first time I had used Bockers & Pony. Unknown to me the recipient of the gift had closed their office due to Covid. I received an email confirming this and advised I would be charged another $16.95 for delivery, which is fair enough. Given the circumstances I asked for consideration for the re-delivery fee to be reduced. When I received a response my request was completely ignored and no reason given. Very disrespectful and poor service which left me very disappointed.

Product arrived on day specified and service was seamless.

We got things we did not want like white chocolate raspberries and something called bark and some dark chocolate. We ended up throwing most of it away.
