Bodog processes deposits and withdrawals very well. The site is setup really good and easy to navigate. Never had any problems with Bodog and I’ve played there for atleast 10 years. If you play enough they provide you with a casino host that helps you with withdrawals.

Omg, what a horrible casino. You are only alliwed to do an etransfer deposit once a day. The credit card deposit doesn't work half the time and you are charged additional 10 + %. You can play games , the next time they are not available. Absolutely the worst casino ever. Do not waste your time or money here absolute garbage casino

CANCELLED my account this morning after being with Bodog for MANY years.
Way too many site glitches and login issues in all areas casino and sports betting. Customer service is horrible. A lot better sportsbooks out there.

I am honestly starting to get concerned if Bodog has been hacked like it had been a few years ago. For weeks the site has trouble loading. I have emailed in every day with screenshots to customer service. Some days they say there are trying to work on a fix and other days they say "nothing is wrong with the site". I thought it might have just been my account but after seeing a Reddit thread I see others are experiencing the same issue. I don't think it is being looked into at all. This site quite possibly has the worst training of anywhere I have ever seen

This review is about your commercials. Specifically the black lady that is rude to the man she bumps into and the lady who gives her coffee. The worst behaviour I’ve seen in a commercial so far. If playing your games turns people into rude zombies I don’t want anything to do with it.

I can never get a hold of the customer service after my account was disabled. I have sent in my documents for verification over 48 hours which was the time frame to verify my account but I have yet to hear back.

This has been a nightmare trying to collect my funds on 2 separate transactions. They refuse to deposit my winnings saying I already got them. I provided bank statements to show that I did not get the funds. Terrible customer service!!!

This site is bogus. I’ve been experimenting with a few sites and this site by far the worst. I won $70 on a black jack hand a week ago and it hasn’t been paid to me. I contacted a live support agent as well as emailed them. They said I would receive the money within 24-48hrs and still nothing yet. Just tonight I won $62 on blackjack again and that didn’t get paid to me either. That’s $132 so far that hasn’t been paid. Apparently that’s happened a lot of times to others as well. DO NOT PLAY BODOG. THIS SITE SUCKS AND THERES NO WAY TO CONTACT OR GET A LEGIT ANSWER OR HAVE ANY CONCERNS RESOLVED.

the way you will get treated and lied to is absolutely appalling .... i spent 4 days talking to half dozen agents to try receive a deposit bonus that i was clearly entitled to and completed all requirements , was continuously given bs reasons and mislead and then they just leave chats once they realized i was right

I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years, however recently the experience has become negative. Over the last eight months there have been several sports wagers settled incorrectly. Until this past Friday (7/18/25) the errors were corrected but this can be annoying. This past Friday I had a wager on George Springer to steal a base and this result occurred. (Confirmed per boxscores on MLB.com & Sportsnet.ca) The wager was settled as a LOSS. Despite numerous attempts through live chat, e-mail and a live call I was provided with information from the game on the 19th to support thier claim of a loss. They say they escalated my claim through thier sports team reviews and confirmed my wager was a loss. When speaking to a CUSTOMER DISSERVICE agent on the phone I requested my case be escalated to a senior customer service representitive I was told " We cannot do that, we don't have the ability to do that." ?????
This site cannot be trusted. Despite me providing undenialbe evidence to the contrary of thier response they continue to acknowledge otherwise as they followed thier processess and systems. Thier processess and sytems are clearly unreliable and in effect they are liars and thieves.
Opening an account here could be the biggest gamble you make on thier site.

Today August 2nd, 2025 Bodog has reached to me to contact them internally to further review my experience with them. I have honoured that request and will share the outcome of that discussion in general terms when that occurs.
An update:
Today is August 11th. It is 9 days after I reached out in the manner they wanted to be contacted. While I did recieve an automated immediate acknowledgement of receipt of my message I have yet to receive a response from them beyond that.
We'll add "DISINTERESTED & DISINGENUOUS" to thier customer service profile!

Bodog restricted my new account a week ago. Anytime I go to sign in now it says that my account is disabled and I should contact customer service if I have any questions. They mentioned an investigation is in process and there is no timeline for completion. I have $7,000 in the account that I would like to withdraw but am getting nowhere with Bodog. I have asked to speak with their disputes team, and repeatedly have asked when the investigation will be complete and when I can expect my funds, but they give me the same reply 'investigation is in process and there is no timeline for completion.' I am hoping to retrieve my funds from the account and do not care if it remains closed. This is really disappointing and I hope someone gets back to me soon. It is not fair to tell a customer that there is no timeline and my funds should be returned to me as soon as possible

Actually just a scam. I deposited $50 and lost it all 8 times in a row. $400 gone and The most I had in my account was $140. I hit a triple bonus on $1 and it paid out only $80. The payouts are extremely bad. This should be illegal. I reported them to Fintrac, Service Alberta, local law enforcement, BBB, and anyone else I could think of. I hope they get investigated and shut down for this scam they are running.

I would highly recommend staying away from this sportsbook/casino.
I have been loyal to them for over 5 years depositing basically $1000 every week. They have not given a cash bonus in over 2 years due to change in ownership and the only thing you can receive is crypto deposit bonuses.
I mainly only use the sports book but they do several scummy things. The biggest one being accepting only higher odds changes on live betting giving no option like “only accept higher odds” like other sites do. If I bet on a tennis game live on 1.5 odds and it suddenly jumps to 2.0 odds it will get ACCEPTED at 1.5 even though it changed when processing. On the flip side if the odds go from 2.0 to 1.5 it will get auto REJECTED. This is definitely illegal but since they aren’t regulated they just don’t care.
Live chat agents are also so poorly trained. I have so many screenshots of live agents not being able to speak English or understand my inquiry. They source this work from all around the world. I’ve had agents from Spain all the way to Central America.
I’m not one to complain but this site has turned into an absolute joke and I highly advise everyone to stay away.

I wasn't going to write this review but Bodog has left me no choice since they are ignoring my emails and my request to resolve the matter hence my reason to post the review (was going to post picture/screenshot but Trustpilot doesn't allow for it) and for the outrageous comments they made to me.
I started Bodog at the beginning of this Month (March) and they limited my account by reducing the wagers a few days ago. Why? No reason or explanation from their service team exactly.
However, when I spoke with their LIVE chat support, specifically with the supervisor as the support agent wasn't able to help me much. I spoke with Javier and they couldn't tell me much either instead they made comments about my betting history on the book thus far such as "Our sport team identify's you as a customer who knows how to gamble." & "Considering your winnings, it shows that you are someone who knows how to bet." I hope trustpilot adds a feature to upload evidence/proof or some sort of screenshot ability to show what I am talking about.
If I am truly someone "who knows how to gamble" then pay for the lottery ticket tomorrow, and I will share the winnings with you Bodog.
Javier also mentioned that he understands my frustration with Bodog. He even goes further to state that I am a valuable customer. I have given Bodog a very good amount of business in one month. Why? because they do have the potential to be a good book within Ontario, Canada. But not after such an experience. I will also share this review on my social media page which has a decent following. I will go public with this. Once again no avenue to post these screenshots as Trustpilot doesn't allow it.
Do you understand as a sportsbook and a online casino how outlandish and outrageous it is to make these types of comments? I have won a decent amount and I have also lost a decent amount on this book. But as a customer, my goal and my purpose of placing wagers is to win. Not to lose? Do you think I'm happily making donations here? You are not a charity company or a non-profit company. Clearly they have a problem with that so why operate in the first place if you cannot afford someone who maybe has won more bets than lost them? I am still willing to resolve any issue with Bodog they may have, so long as they unrestrict or take off any limits on my account. But this review will stay up until they reach out to me and respond to my email. I do not need to say who I am, they can figure that out themselves as I expect them to come here and respond to this review. I will be waiting for a response and I will update this review as necessary. I have further more screenshots and pictures which can make this review look a lot worse but I find a public response will be better.
I really appreciate the supervisor Javier Rod who put his efforts into giving me an explanation. He is not at fault here, however I do put the blame on the upper management here. They should strive to do better and be more like Javier. Responsive, and understanding.
This is the only response Bodog provided me throughout this case. The only message they responded back to with no meaning behind it, no sensible sentences here either(hate to be rude) they said
"Thanks for contacting Bodog Customer Service.
We understand how you feel, however this decision is under Sport Team decision, and at this time we can generate something additional for you!
We're available to help 24/7 if you need anything else."
what do you mean you can "generate something additional for me"? Again, no response after this. I truly wish I could post the screenshots here.
I hope Bodog responds here because I will be waiting with receipts. I also hope they do not come to me with some copy pasted message stating that they will do better because this is UNACCEPTABLE. I will take this to X, Discord, Reddit and Youtube as well.
I will post those reviews here shortly or after I receive some sort of response from Bodog.
STOP LIMITING CUSTOMERS WAGERS. DO BETTER.
