This company is a joke, have a diamond account, just put some money in earlier today, hit a bet. Went to make another bet an hour later and now every time I try and sign in it says error, I changed my password, still says error, just an absolute joke of a company

Scam website

I took advantage of a "new user 100% deposit match bonus" and played through both my deposit and the bonus. No problem. I was then sent a new offer for what I thought to be the same offer encouraging me to come back. Again, I deposited $50 and was credited $50, or so I thought. I played about 5 spins and won $70 on a bonus spin. Cool. I go to take out my original deposit of $50, leaving the remainder to keep playing with and to my surprise my available for withdrawal was $0. I thought maybe I needed to play a couple more spins for the win to register, and tried again to withdraw and was unable to. I reached out to support after discovering my deposit bonus of $50 was unplayable. When I reached out to support they advised me of something they call "rollover" which is code for locking up your bonuses unless you spend an absorbent amount on their casino. For me it was $2500 that I needed to playthrough before my whole $50 bonus would be released for play. This site is a scam. Don't fall for their deposit bonuses or even expect to withdraw any winnings or deposits.

I'm a frequent gambler but never felt the need to write a review because most casino i deal with are the normal usual odds of winning and losing.

First they charged me 12% deposit fee. They said that's just for credit card deposits.

For interact etransfer deposit they are asking me for my social insurance number. HOW DARE YOU ???

Playing slots you can lose 400 times the betting amount, spinning forever and never see a win. Like you can go 400 consecutive dead rounds. Take a moment and let that sink in.

At first I was mad and then me and friends burst into laughter because it's hard to believe how bad this casino is.

Lost near a 500 canadian dollars which is fraction of how much I spend monthly on casino. Usually between 10-20K

Here's my advice . No matter how good a casino is, if it's not licensed in your jurisdiction don't even bother looking at it.

After losing some money now I have two transactions of 30$ on my card called the bank and cancelled my card. That happened within hours of joining this casino

Update 2: Account was credited with Winnings today.

Update 1: Bodog requested my account details so they could look into this. I provided the details 4 days ago but haven’t heard anything since.

I recently participated in their Super Bowl prop sheet contest. The contest was advertised as an approximate $60K prize pool with the top 20 spots being paid out. I finished toes for 5th with 160 pts but didn’t receive a prize. I reviewed the terms and conditions and I met all the relevant requirements. When I contacted customer service I was told I was ruled ineligible. When I asked why I was referred to the section that says the Bodog reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. I asked what specific condition rendered me ineligible and was told that if I had of won I would have received an email and they refused to discuss further ending the chat. I have used Bodog as my sports book for 7+ years but will be withdrawing my balance and using another Sportsbook going forward.

Update Nightmare Customer Service

Update day 29 and no verification, no access to my account and unable to withdrawl my money. I am a diamond member and been with Bodog for several years and this past month has been a nightmare. Such a humiliating experience of them taking my money and having to re submit document 15 times. Don't trust Bodog with a single dollar because this is what your future will look like. 0/5 stars.

Update it's been over 86 hours since they replied saying they have alll my documents but have still not replied with confirmation or opened my account so I can withdrawl.

Ive been with bodog for many years. spent alot of money at this casino. but the lack of customer service, shows their character. iv forgot my password and trying changing it. and the customer service wont help me retrieve it. iv done all the procedures. and they still with hold me getting into my account. also may ad. the customer service is terrible. they have no past experience handling customer care. just all around low budget casino. i wouldnt recommend this casino. they are money hungry than taking care of their customers esp 7+ years cilent. its embrassing when i see or hear ads about this casino in my city. first thing comes to mind is.... damn they spend money on advertising to screw over more innocent civilians. the people stating this a great casino.. guranteed are paid reviewers. i know this because... throughtout the years... i always had bad experience with this casino but never went out of way ... now im at my wits end. and dont want other people to get screwed. this casino is a embrassment to the gambling world. they should not be able to operate in canada

I asked about deactivating an account…

I asked about deactivating an account and was instantly deactivated after I deposited $199. Seems as if when you question them they lower odds and hold your money! I gave screenshots to prove this as well

Always received great customer service on X with Bodog. The Request a Wager feature is amazing and lets you create your own unique wagers. Overall one of my favourite sports books, would highly recommend.

They reversed a deposit 2 days later claiming it was declined by my bank I sent them proof of payment I am waiting for a phone call from them you can’t call them yourself either completely useless service

Bodog legit stole $100 from me

Deposited $100 CAD via e-transfer and bodog never credited my account with the money. This is after being a customer for multiple years and having numerous successful deposits and withdrawals. Customer service was no help I provided email confirmations of the etransfer , bank statements and they still did nothing. Do not use this sportsbook.

This company will not allow you to put limits on spending even when you ask. Every game is rigged. The poker used to be fair and fun to play and now it's a joke.

Also, to find out they let you deposit as much money as you want but they can and will cut off ways to withdraw any winnings.

Blatant theft - Rectified

I had a powerplay points bet hit and it was settled incorrectly. They kept giving me the runaround about why it lost. After sending multiple links and from nhl.com proving that the players did, in fact, get the necessary point, they just reply "after a review by our sports team, it is confirmed this bet has be settled correctly as a loss." This is blatant theft and I can't believe a book of this size would pull this kind of stunt. They refuse to escalate and it's a dead end. Never again using them for anything.

- After 3 days and multiple emails/chats, the bet was quietly settled properly overnight. I'm disappointed that something like this could happen in the first place, but glad it was eventually fixed. The fact there is no phone number for support is a big downside. The chat feature is very flawed. The condescension and smugness with which I was treated is something I've never experienced before. This is especially off-putting as I was in the right the entire time.

Got Scammed by their Poker Software

I won a ticket to a $1055 USD buy-in poker tournament on Bodog, but their software was glitching and it would not let me enter the tournament. I tried for hours to get into the tournament but kept receiving a prompt that said "cannot process the request at this time, please try again". I was able to play another $100 buy-in tournament on their site at the same time, so it clearly wasn't an issue on my end or I wouldn't have been able to register any tournaments.
I tried emailing their poker email for days and they acted like they didn't understand what I was saying. They have the WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with, and they have effectively stolen $1055 USD from me as the ticket was only available for that one tournament.

UPDATE:
After a long and arduous process dealing with their customer service team, they finally accepted the blame and provided me a refund.
