I just completed the 28-day BAT Body Realignment course and highly recommend it! The daily video training is clear, easy to follow, and not physically limiting.
What sets this system apart is the objective assessment. Instead of relying on "feeling," you use photos and videos to track your progress. While I didn’t "feel" a massive shift day-to-day, the pictures clearly showed my body adjusting in a positive way.
The final one-on-one review was very insightful, and the best part? I got my money back for completing the training as promised!

A stable base
The exercises included in this program are not the usual ones but surprisingly to me, they worked and made my back pain levels go down significantly. My goal was to build a stable base and it definitely helped, will continue exercising on my own.
28 Days of learning how to reduce pain
I went into this challenge with an open mind, trusting that Gaby and her team were being sincere in their effort to challenge those with low back pain. The 28 day challenge was structured, with daily pain and progress scoring, followed by detailed instructional videos. The videos are high quality - containing detailed explanations of the various movements/exercises, the kinesiology principles behind them, and how they relate to reducing back pain. During the challenge there are visual progress checkpoints, so you truly can see the improvements to your body alignment, as you progress. Throughout the challenge, there was feedback and support from Gaby and her team (shoutout to Crystal and Dr. Fu!). The team was both approachable and responsive. I learned some techniques that I will definitely use to help me in my pain management journey. Overall, there was nothing to lose and everything to gain in these 28 days. I sincerely appreciate Gaby's time and effort in making this challenge without asking for anything but commitment in return. Thank you!

I’d recommend this course to anyone with back problems who wants to learn simple, practical ways to reduce and manage their pain. I already have less pain, and I also feel more freedom and ease with every step.
Precise and very concrete program. It works — if you are consistent.
Body Alignment Training is one of the most structured and results-driven programs I’ve tried. It’s extremely precise and practical — no fluff, no random exercises. Everything has a clear purpose and progression.
What makes it different is that it focuses on correcting alignment at the root level, not just stretching or temporarily relieving symptoms. If you follow the instructions carefully and stay consistent, you genuinely start to feel structural changes in posture, mobility, and overall body control.
The sessions are short, clear, and easy to follow, but the key is commitment. If you fully engage with the process, the results come.
Highly recommended for anyone serious about long-term body alignment and sustainable improvement.

More Awareness, Moving Better, Less Pain
I found the Body Alignment Training to be very thoughtfully and methodically structured. From pelvic axis isolation and lower-body unwind lifts to rib re-opening, shoulder and arm alignment, everything had a clear purpose. I learnt how breathing, tension, and structure work together to improve how I move.
The protocols were very doable and easy to fit into my regular training, even when I was travelling. After a while, I realised my back pain wasn’t constantly on my mind anymore and it stopped bothering me the way it used to.
I also really appreciated the online one-on-one check-ins with the coach. The feedback was specific and practical, and it helped me make small adjustments that actually mattered.
What stood out most was the emphasis on awareness before correction. The drills helped me feel where I was compensating, especially through my pelvis, ribs, and shoulders, and how to realign without forcing positions. Even short sequences made a noticeable difference to my posture, stability, and how my body feels under load.
If you train regularly and care about moving well long-term, I’d highly recommend this programme.

A New Approach to an Old Problem
The program was presented in an easy to follow format. Exercises and concepts were clearly explained, and were helpful to reduce the pain I was dealing with. The program was well worth it.
A must try training for the whole body alignment.
As I started this training. I felt pain on about the scale of 7-8. I got a disc herniation(extrusion) with sciatica radiating down my left foot for about 5 months. I think that I tried all the things that can help me improve this pain, such as physical therapy, bone setting, massage, and watching YouTube exercises related to my situation. As I scroll down my Instagram, wherein I follow different accounts with knowledge in low back pain exercises or the things you can do to ease back pain. I have been too desperate to find a plan or a structured exercise to help me improve my pain. And there it is. I saw Gabby's post regarding bone alignment training. At first I was hesitant to join because of the fee, but I found out that it is refundable once you follow the training consequently. So yeah, it's a win-win situation; I grab the opportunity and do it on an everyday basis. On the first week, I thought that it didn't change anything, but when I was on the 2nd week. Gradually I feel lighter. I can now sit properly for a couple of minutes, unlike before, when I could barely do it and needed to sit sideways or only my right glutes touched the chair. My life started to get back on me. I'm not totally pain-free, but it improved from 7-8 to 2-3 for the span of 28 days. One step at a time, and soon I'll be back to my normal life.
If I know someone that has the same situation as me that's killing his/her back. I would highly recommend this training because it changed my life for real. Before, I was on the edge of giving up, because I thought that I had already done all the possible things that would help me ease this pain. And this BAT gives me a second chance. I'm deeply grateful for trying this because it's life-changing.

BAT Challenge 28 Days .. Wow Thank you
Hello this is my review for the BAT 28 day challenge.. It was absolutely amazing…I have done other postural programs in the past with ok results so I was a bit skeptical to try another. Coach Gabby methods were so different I had to give BAT chance. Coach Gabby message was simple made so much sense.. Train the whole body from the ground up. Not only were the movements gentle and easy you are connected with a community and other coaches so you’re able to find support and ask questions when needed. Coach Gabby provides detailed instructions of each exercise with tips.
Each week of the challenge my body got looser like I was being untwisted from the inside and nagging injuries from 7+ years were gone. At the end of the 28 days I felt so much better more connected to my body. I started this challenge hoping to help my lower back pain and tight hips. What I got was whole body reboot. This challenge exceeded my expectations . Thank you BAT
Try it - you won't regret it
At first I was a little bit sceptical because I already tried so much with my shoulder and hip pain and bad mobility. The exercise were different than all I tried, but it works. You have to stay consistent with this program but it will pay off.
Definitely would recommend for everybody, especially if you feel like you tried everything and visited different physiotherapies and doctors.
Best coach on the market
Best coach on the market. Knowledge from anatomy, biomechanics and physiotherapy combined with her knowledge about weightlifting makes really good combo. You can learn to lift heavy and with proper technique and also care about your body in the same time.
Wonderful forgotten details of a squat
I joined a 21-day course of body alignment training (BAT) to learn how to do exactly a true squat.
During this course I found out that firstly, I should work on my foundation of movement like feet, hands and the mobility of my back and legs, and above all my breathing technique. Then, I acquired simple and effective solutions to practice my body and correct my position of standing and then squatting . At last, I found out how to practice squats without weights to reach a habit of doing squats effectively.
However, practicing these lessons is up to the students, which I have been trying hard to do during these last two months.
BAT 21-Day Rebuilder program - time well spent
I'm thrilled with the results of completing the 21-Day Rebuilder, Body Alignment Training (BAT). The daily progression was expertly programmed, and I saw significant benefits, which were clearly documented in my before-and-after photos and videos.
A major takeaway was a much better understanding of how to breathe while bracing and a greater awareness of maintaining a stable pelvic position, particularly during squats and other movements. I also experienced noticeable improvements in my upper body positions.
Crucially, the time commitment for the daily exercises was manageable, as I was able to continue working out at the gym throughout the program.

I loved the breakdown of each movement- multiple cues were given with a detailed description of what needed to be activated or relaxed! What stuck with me the most was the detailed explanation of how each exercise helped - this was extremely beneficial and the knowledge found its way into my everyday day movements. Each exercise was organized by category of what it helped. I have paid hundreds of dollars for program that delivered a fraction of what BAT did!
Learn how to squat again pain free
This is a fantastic program with a great support structure, I was not able to back squat for some years without pain for the first time i'm almost 0 pain free
Be patient and you will see BAT is golden
For me, BAT is not just fixing my body from the root cause, although it already sounds too good to be true, but it has also changed how I understand pain and how I communicate with my body. I used to have many minor pains during training that I simply push through, but they are uncomfortable and limited my performance too. After adding BAT into my daily routine, I can start to understand how my body feels and adjust my warmup strategy accordingly, I know how to get my body ready for training, and I’ve been training pain-free for 2 years now, with much better forms as well. I cannot describe how darn great this feeling is.
A Breakthrough in My Training and Coaching
Over the last three months, I’ve been squatting without any pain, something I hadn’t been able to do in a long while. Even more satisfying is that I’ve started using the BAT principles with my own clients, allowing them to train with confidence and move past the pain that used to limit them. It’s created a significant positive change in both my personal training and my coaching work.
