As usual dealing with BCC is a pleasure.
As usual dealing with BCC is a pleasure everything is easy and strait forward. Whoever we speak to they are always pleasant and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. When passed to our usual member of staff who we are dealing with, they instantly remember our past conversations and update us on our booking. Having booked cruises with them for over 28 years we would never consider dealing with anyone else.

Spur of the Moment booking
We spotted a cruise that we liked the look of, departing in November. The information in the brochure was limited, as it was a last minute offer. As the company is open until 9pm, we called Bolsover and their agent couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. She answered every question we had, there was no pressure at all to make the booking, it was all just really great quality customer service. We booked the cruise, and we were more than happy!

First time cruiser also a solo passenger.
Spoke to Melissa explaining what dates etc I wanted and also it was my first cruise and she sorted everything from there.
Explained everything clearly, gave me time to think about things. After speaking to Melissa on the phone a few times I felt confident enough to book.
