First time cruiser also a solo passenger.
Spoke to Melissa explaining what dates etc I wanted and also it was my first cruise and she sorted everything from there.
Explained everything clearly, gave me time to think about things. After speaking to Melissa on the phone a few times I felt confident enough to book.

It is a pleasure speaking to the staff at Bolsover. They are very helpful, very patient and make it so easy to navigate the booking process. Also if there are any queries post booking they are quick to respond.
