Fast delivery, well packaged. I also got some complimentary snacks which I wasn’t expecting. I used to buy all my indian groceries from exotic estore or quality foods but now I regret not trying Bombay Basket before. All products are on discounted rates and mostly everything is available and in stock unlike other online indian grocery stores.

I rarely write reviews, but Bombay Basket truly deserves every one of these 5 stars. We placed our order on Sunday, and it arrived Tuesday morning, which was much faster than we expected.

The packaging was absolutely fantastic. Everything was packed with great care, and it was obvious that a lot of attention had gone into preparing the order. A special thank you to “Pushpa” and “Gurleen” for doing such an amazing job. Your dedication and care really show, and it made receiving the parcel a wonderful experience.

The website is exceptionally well organised, with products neatly categorised, making it incredibly easy to find everything I needed. The whole shopping experience was seamless from start to finish.

Best of all, I no longer have to spend hours travelling around and shopping at multiple local Indian grocery stores. I can now order everything from the comfort of my home with complete confidence.

I found Bombay Basket a couple of years ago by chance and I am so glad that I did. I have been ordering Indian mangoes from them for the last few summers and never had any problems. It was always sent with great care. My last boxes were packed by Dipti and Navpreet and they did a great job. Looking forward to receiving my next batch of mangoes next week.

The business doesn't care at all about the customer's requests or concerns and sends in sub-standard items in quality.
I ordered fresh mangoes, amongst other things, from Bombay Basket and found that all the mangoes were overripe, squashed and almost on the verge of rotting when I opened the package.
Additionally, I had specially requested at the time of ordering to deliver the package before 9:30 am on the delivery date, as these items were specially needed for someone's birthday celebration on that day, and there would be nobody to collect the delivery post that time. They just informed me that deliveries generally start after 10 am. I postponed my plans based on this to 11 am, but still the package wasn't delivered by then. I was left waiting until 12 pm, trying to request the courier agency and derailing the entire celebration, but in vain! The courier agency informed me that Bombay Basket had the option for sending the package through early delivery (before 10:30am) but they sent it through the normal overnight delivery, so they couldn't do anything.

Would never order from this store again.

I have been ordering from Bombay basket for a while now and I love their products, services, and delivery! The order is always packed so thoroughly. I can order glass items easily. Myast order was packed by Navpreet and Jashan and they did a great job!

Their packaging is layered and secure, glass bottles are really safely packed and the frozen items are packed with iced packs which keeps the freshness intact however it’s a question that for how long they can maintain this for repeated orders and 1 year down, that’s something to see.

Very happy with the packing and on time delivery. Shout out to Jashan and Jyoti for ensuring the items are packed well.

I had a fantastic experience with Bombay Basket! My order was delivered right on time, which I really appreciated. Ordered mangoes along with other groceries, and unfortunately the quality of the mangoes was extremely poor. Very disappointing experience.
Tried reaching out to customer support via email, but received no response. Calling their customer care number simply directs you back to email, which in our experience has not been effective in previous instances either.
We do have photos to support the condition of the mangoes received.
The parcel also included a note from management mentioning it was packed by Ekta and Dipa.
Overall, quite dissatisfied with both the product quality and the lack of customer service.

Food was fresh. Everything was well packed. Items with best before dates had plenty of date left on. Parcel arrived on time and in good condition. Super value for money. No complaints here.
