BON PERGOLA Avis

I had been shopping around for Pergolas and reached out to multiple companies for quotes. David was the first to respond and answer my many technical questions and help tailor my pergola to exactly what we wanted. I found his responses quick and detailed and paired with the best quote, it was an easy choice going with Bon Pergola. We even ordered a 5'x7' shed in addition. Shipping was quick and with two doors damaged during transit, they offered to replace them ASAP without hassle. I highly recommend this company becasue of their beautiful products and incredible customer service!

The experience with Bon Pergola from start to finish was very good. Sales team was very responsive and worked with us at every step.

We bought the 13x15 White Pergola with rain sensor and 9 feet columns . The pergola is sturdy and has a contemporary look to it.

The delivery was within a couple weeks of purchase, the installation contractor (Hector) we worked with was very professional and communicated well with us. We went with him as he was referred by Bon Pergola. Overall, we liked his job.

After installation, we found out that the rain sensor was not working and one of light strips was defective. Bon Pergola immediately replaced it for us and had Hector come out to fix it.

We are happy with the purchase and it has been working out great for us so far.

The pergola was delivered within days, was very well packed and there was zero damage. The installer recommended by Eric at Bon Pergola was fantastic and the installed product functions and looks better than I had ever imagined.

The sales process was great, no pressure but the right amount of communication. The packaging was very secure and not a single scratch.

The team at Bon pergola is great! All of them are very helpful, they listen, they really help you. I would highly recommend working this team and their terrific product. We have done extensive research before making our Bon Pergola purchase. There is a big difference -and Bon is the clear choice.

Pergola was delivered ontime. All parts came in great condition. I hired two guys to assemble it. It looks great. Quality is top class. Louvers are working as described. I purchased 10x 13 pergola and we loved it. Sale rep David was very helpful during purchase process.

Im very happy with our 15x15 louvered Bon pergola. Just finished it today after a lengthy installation, mostly because on my day off on weekend and some help from my brother. Finally got it all 4 post with beam and the rest was pretty easy. Seem to be well made and for an excellent price. The customer service has been exceptional. I had a few issues with parts slightly damaged in shipping, but all problems were worked out quickly and to my satisfaction. I had continued contact with Jeff, David and Eric with some questions and received responses usually within a few hours. They are really friendly and always give me advice and easy to work .Thank You

Living in Florida, finding a way to enjoy our outdoor space year-round was a priority. Bon Pergola provided the perfect solution with an affordable pergola that offers shade from the intense sun and reliable protection from rain and wind. What truly makes them better, though, is their great post-sales customer support. They've been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we've needed assistance, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We recommend Bon Pergola to anyone looking to enhance their outdoor living space.

The Bon Villa 13' x 19' pergola is the perfect solution for my FL coastal home.

The construction is solid and looks amazing. This was a difficult install because we spanned our pool bar, but the built to spec, superb fit, finish and was well packaged. We have build experience and had the footers already done prior to arrival. We unloaded the pergola ourselves and you need two fit people and a dolly minimum or pay extra for delivery. Great support after sale when we had a few questions.

Nice aluminum pergola - we got the Bon pergola a couple of months ago and setting it up was relatively quick and easy (with the help of some friends).
We had some issues installing the screen and one screen was slightly damaged when we received it, but the Bon support was great and very helpful with resolving the situation.
