Ben super tevreden over de afhandeling van mijn aankopen in de USA via Bonvu. Heel makkelijk een account aangemaakt bij Bonvu en had in minder dan 14 dagen mijn pakket thuis. Reageren snel op mails en handelen alles correct en snel af. Kon zelf de distributeur kiezen, heb Fedex gekozen en was binnen 2 dagen in Nederland! Super service en heel correct. Ik kan iedereen Bonvu aanraden.

Habe jetzt zum 2 mal mit Bonvu gearbeitet. Regina hat mir immer zeitnah geantwortet und weitergeholfen.
Ebenso hat der Einkauf bei Dealern in den USA, die z. B. Paypal nicht akzeptierten, problemlos geklappt.
Der Versand war immer schnell, die Kosten angemessen und die komplette Abwicklung einwandfrei. Weiter so.

Needed a proxy service for some kpop albums that only sold within the USA! They were able to purchase the albums for me and ship them to me once they arrived at their warehouse! Once the item arrived it was so quick to be shipped out once I'd paid, and it arrived quick too! Packaging was secure and perfect. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service! Used Bonvu service in January 2022 to ship the laptop from NewEgg to Europe. They did everything well. Have to admit that it was not possible to reach them via phone, but the always responded quickly via the email.
After my laptop been received I realized the screen issue (different screen, FHD instead of UHD) due to seller's mistake. NewEgg issued refund to Bonvu and they kindly forwarded that to my account.

Abwicklung und Kommunikation super, Preise angemessen, leider vom Verkäufer zu schlecht verpackt und daher geknickt worden = kaputt!
Habe einen Star-Trek Pappaufsteller bestellt, der an zwei Stellen knickbar ist und gefaltet war. Da der Karton zwar flach aber deutlich zu groß war wurde er instabil und bauchig, sodass die zusammen gelegten Teile auseinandergingen, sich verhakt und geknickt haben. Zwei zusätzliche Pappen und etwas Klebeband hätten den Aufsteller ausreichend zusammen gehalten.
Da man das bei BONVU hätte bemerken und nachbessern können gäbe es eigentlich einen Stern abzug. (Aufgrund des sehr guten und freundlichen Service und einer Erstattung bleibt der Stern). Wobei hier wohl der eigenltiche Shop, bei dem ich das Produkt gekauft habe, bei der Verpackung bereits nicht mitgedacht hat.
Der FedEx-Mitarbeiter stand bei seinem Zustellversuch vor verschlossener Tür und hätte mich eigentlich telefonisch kontaktieren können. Stattdessen stellte er das Paket bei Regen zwischen den Mülltonnen ab.
Schade, aber ein Versuch war es wert. 1/3 des Aufstellers kann man noch verwenden, der Rest wandert in den Müll.
BONVU kann man aber für alle unempfindlichen Waren (stabil und regenfest) definitiv weiterempfehlen!

I have used BONVU on over several dozen occasions and when using anything that many times something goes awry (not due to them). Despite that, each and every time their lighting fast customer service has jumped in to help and have solved the problem for me even forgoing reimbursement in the process! This is all on top that they provide an excellent service without which I wouldn't be able to get many of the things I now use regularly. A clear 10/10 in my book.

Sehr guter Versandservice! Ich war anfangs skeptisch, da es viele solcher Anbieter gibt und die meisten wohl nicht so zuverlässig sind, aber hier lief alles glatt mit dem Versand nach Deutschland. Es wurde auch sehr schnell bearbeitet und an mich Versand! Ich werde diesen Service definitiv wieder nutzen.

Bonvu has taken care of several shipments for my company. And I am very statisfied. Not only simpel shipments, but also a second hand rubber press I bought on Ebay USA. Not a light weight kind of thing, and not easy to pack. It went smooth!
This week for the first time they did a pick-up for me. I was a bit hesitant, but again it went very smooth.
I am very happy with Bonvu. For me as a Dutch buyer, it is sometimes difficult to get certain goods in the Netherlands. Several American companies don't export. I let them sent it to Bonvu, and have no problems with importing at all

Absolut zuverlässiger und kompetenter Service. Zwei eingegangene Sendungen wurden zusammen verpackt und versendet. Auch wurde bei zerbrechlicher Ware nochmals für Polsterung im Paket gesorgt. Zur Auswahl stehen dann verschiedene Versender mit Preisen, es gibt keinerlei versteckte Kosten. Bei Fragen gibt es von der freundlichen Chefin sofort Antwort. Ich kann diese Firma nur weiterempfehlen. 6 Sterne 😀
