I really like bonvu. I heard of bonvu from my friends. When i needed to buy something from the USA and then ship it to Europe i used bonvu to ship the package. They were very kind and there customer service responded very quick when i didnt fully understand how it worked. They even send my package before they received the money for the shipping because they "trust me". i am really looking forward towards my package. :)

Had a great experience with Bonvu. Delivery of my 56 x 21 x 10 inches package with a weight of 104 lbs. extreme quickly in Germany. Excellent, nice and quick customer service! Good price!
They were the only freight forwarder who would help me with a flash sale even on the weekend.
Wasn‘t necessary as I could place the order by myself, but that was extraordinary 👍🏻!

Habe jetzt schon 2 mal über Bonvu weitergeleitet. Einmal mit einem Wert von 100€ und einmal mit 900€. Hat beides perfekt geklappt.

Wer hier irgendwelche Probleme hat, ist wirklich selbst schuld.

Habe den Service von Bonvu nun 2 mal genutzt (Warenwert 220$) und kann diesen nur weiter empfehlen! Schnelle Bearbeitungszeit, ausführliche Beschreibung des aktuellen Status und falls Fragen aufkommen antworten der Support ebenfalls sehr zügig.

Bei Amazon (USA) bestellt -> liefern lassen zu Bonvu (Texas) -> neu Verpacken lassen -> Versender ausgewählt (FedEx) -> FERTIG!

Etwaige Rechnungen für Zoll liegen der Sendung bei und ermöglichen eine schnelle Zollabfertigung.

Die Gebühren seitens Bonvu sind meiner Meinung nach absolut in Ordnung, wenn nicht sogar zu niedrig (circa 8-10$).

Für eine Sendung von Texas (USA) nach Thüringen (DE) habe ich bei FedEx insgesamt 40€ bezahlt und mein Paket ist binnen 2 Tagen bei mir eingetroffen! War selbst darüber erstaunt, wie schnell das Paket bei mir angekommen war.

Werde Bonvu auf jeden Fall weiterhin nutzen.

Ordered from Amazon (USA) -> delivered to Bonvu (Texas) -> repackaged -> selected shipper (FedEx) -> DONE!

Any invoices for customs are included with the shipment and allow for quick customs clearance.

The fees from Bonvu are in my opinion absolutely ok, if not too low (circa 8-10$).

For a shipment from Texas (USA) to Thuringia (DE) I paid FedEx a total of 40€ and my package arrived within 2 days! I was amazed at how fast the package arrived.

Will definitely continue to use Bonvu.
