The material is super comfortable that I forget that I'm even wearing their products. The colors are also great and as seen in their website.

I am still waiting for my order which I placed on 9/5/24.
Disappointing

Best underwear I’ve ever owned.
It’s so hard to find comfortable, breathable AND cute underwear. Boody has hit the mark. Everyone should be buying from here.
Will be making future purchases.

I’ve been a Boody customer for two years and have purchased a variety of underwear/bras and jammies for my family. My recent purchase was PJs for myself- long sleeve top, short sleeve top and long bottoms. The customer service is terrific. The comfort of the fabric is divine. The one disappointment I had was that two of the items tags were connected with safety pins going INTO the fabric rather than being pinned to the tag. The Bamboo fabric of both items had a hole when I removed the pinned tag. I washed the items and noticed a new second hole in one of the tops. All before ever getting to wear them :( I am hopeful that with delicate care these won’t progress but a little more consideration re: tag placement on the garments would go a long way

Excellent product, love the feel of them on. Haven’t tried a bra yet, maybe that will be my next purchase… love love love the full briefs, so comfortable

Our drawers contain only Boody underwear, once you’ve tried them and had the comfort experience, there’s no going back. Wear and wash well.

The material is beautiful and soft, the fit for a larger figure is the best I’ve found, no riding really comfortable

Love my new bra and undies, if there was a negative it's they are generous in size, but very comfortable and you don't feel your wearing any !!

How good are these knickers and bras! I arrived home from my holiday to find the package at my doorstep and have tried the three full brief knickers each day and the fuller bust bra. I’m going to order a couple more bras and I’ll be sorted. Thanks for the excellent products and great service.

Wow. Boody used some form of magic to post the order!!!! I ordered and 2 days later it was delivered!! Fab service and omg those lounge pants feel amazing and the drape is amazing too

Spent quite a lot of money on their period pants. One pair disintegrated after one wear, despite following all the care instructions. Emailed them and got a reply I can only describe as skeptical, saying this never happens. Provided photo evidence and finally got a refund. Then, a few days later, the same happened to another pair. I just ended up chucking them.

Bought a bra in the same order and the quality is awful. The pads move and it doesn't look seamless under clothes. Left a review on their website mentioning this which mysteriously vanished.

Will never order from them again. My order numbers are OKCN47667 and OLCN44401 if they pretend I'm a fake customer.

Note: this is a repost as they have deactivated the old Boody.com trustpilot due to the poor reviews. A new response to my complaint they said the US team was to blame, but I am clearly from NZ and interacted with the AU team. Maybe you should spend more time on product quality instead of trying to cover up poor reviews online?
