Box was crushed when I received it and the cola had burst onto everything, then the tuna tins had 3 months expiry date on them, bought loads as in supermarkets they have at least 2 years on them as I can't get out the house, they partly refunded me a small amount but was not impressed, don't think I would use them again especially when tins only got 3 months date

Parcel not delivered due to damage in transit, requested replacement order to find half of my items were out of stock. Email communication only with this company which can be frustrating when there is an issue.

On my first order, some items were damaged. However, very impressed with customer service who gave a prompt refund for items that we couldn't use and a partial refund for damaged items that we could use.

Really impressed with company
Really impressed with company, great value and quick. Only slight issue is 3 items were out of stock and the website was not updated to reflect that. But were refunded quickly

Definitely try Bother and see.
My greatest criticism of Bother has to be the sheer frustration of seeing so many products out of stock which I otherwise would of selected.
This limited my choice of selection so I was not happy.
My only other criticism was damaged goods, namely tins. However, on the plus side, I was reimbursed for such items.
Delivery timing was excellent since my box was delivered in the first ten minutes of the specified one hour delivery time slot.
I would suggest you try Bother and see for yourself.
