Thanks for taking the time to review your Bother experience, we really appreciate it.
I'm so sorry to hear the trouble you've had with your delivery! I can see that your order was made last Wednesday evening so you should've received your order by Friday.
We've had a look into this for you and I can see that the tracking number you were given was incorrect and one of your boxes was delivered to your neighbour and sadly the second box was damaged in transit.
Our team have reached out with further information in the hope that we can get this resolved!

Great value
First time using Bother my order came the next well packaged delivery by a friendly driver and the money I did spend knocked about £20/£25 of my week bill, I will be using again and do recommend that you give it a go.
