I am happy with my bother order it does you save money to refill you bottles and recycle as well I love the eco products ,to save our planet for the future generations..

everything I ordered was perfectly packed superb quality and delivered on time

Website easy to use, delivery was very quick and the packaging was also very good. No damaged items.

Couple of things to be aware of:
1. The ordering and deliery is very fast, which is good, but it means if you forget something you can't easily edit your order (there is no time), so check your basket is correct before you submit.

2. If you are not logged in, but add items to your basket.. if you then login you can lose your 'current' basket if you had a previous basket (even if it's old or had 1 item in it)

The van service let Bother down. The items inside the boxes were packaged to Bother's normal high standards. Sadly the van firm let Bother down by delivering boxes which had been soaked through, had become weak, were upside down & falling apart. Luckily nothing was broken but one of the glass jars had been hit & the seal was iffy.

My order was damaged in transit and returned to the depot. Your website/email says customers will be warned of any delay. I was not warned. I was eventually contacted by email after chasing my order when it hadn't arrived after half an hour after my delivery slot. I got an apology & the order was resent 3 days later (I wasn't asked if this was convenient) and it was missing items from my original order, the cost of which was refunded as was my next day delivery charge. All in all a poor show for my first Bother order. I'd have expected a voucher or something for all that inconvenience.

Rapid delivery and really does make getting the essentials no bother !

It’s the second time that i receive an order that includes detergent items and food items in the box and the detergent items are broken and spilled inside the box on the food.
