Very speedy delivery, great quality clothes. A few issues with sizing recent pink shorts ordered a small and it is quite small ordered same size in tracksuit bottoms and fit perfectly. Similar issue with a tank top.

The quality of the core straight leg leggings is very poor, it’s like a thin cotton rather than an activewear feeling. Although comfy and soft the price doesn’t reflect through the quality at all. They look years old after only one wash !!

I had an error with a clothing piece I had. Very minor tear in the top due to a thread unraveling. Of course very rare for bound apparel. I got onto there team in specific Ruby her name was. Ruby replied within the same day, she gave me options on actions I could do e.g giving me a new top or a voucher for bound - both great options of course. I sent back my damaged item which they offered to cover the charges for and has sent me out a brand new top. Ruby was polite, quick and overall a lovely girl who made my experinence pleasant and super easy. I love bound and always buy from them but this has made me realise the extent they go through for there customers. I love supporting local and will continue to do so

I had a voucher for bound apparel but live in Derry so couldn’t get it delivered to my home address, when I emailed Ruby she was so helpful and got the parcel delivered to her own house then sent it onto mine. I am very thankful for this and can’t believe how kind Ruby is, great customer service.

I agree the material feels buttery. However, the material is also super thin on the mini boundless shorts. They feel very similar to ones brought from shein. Even after one wash following the washing instruction guidelines and washing the items by themselves, they unfortunately started to pill. I don't think they're worth the price. Just my honest opinion.
