Customer service is pretty much nonexistent. Getting someone to respond to you takes forever.

Terrible CS submitted two tickets no response. Called customer service more than ten times unavailable. Received order with my products covered in red liquid " so not happy" did not bother to try and call again. Work on CS its terrible.

I’ve always felt good using their products. With a clean diet and exercise, I see and feel improvements of myself. I couldn’t be happier with their products, especially their bundled stacks! Between the company and bpi athletes, there are always ways to become a bit more motivated. Thanks guys!

I ordered a couple of products and 1 week went by and I still had not received any of the products, so I went to the website to look for my order and it was still pending! I didn't receive an email notification that one of the products was on back order, so I just canceled the entire order and went on Amazon to buy the products.

My experience wasn’t great. My order wasn’t sent off when it was supposed be and when they did send my order they sent me the wrong product. I ordered the cla carataine and received the best bcaa instead. I finally got my cla but i ordered it from another store.

It took over two weeks for the item to ship and I had to contact them to get it to ship. Shop elsewhere, this place sucks

I received the wrong flavor - yuck. wanted vanilla but did not notice until I saw the weird color of the powder and read a peanut butter flavor. I had already unsealed so can not return it or I would. disappointed.

I am so thrilled and have absolutely loved these products. I first became aware of this product line as I followed a bodybuilder/trainer on Instagram. She is a cancer survivor and her endorsement was good enough for me.

I started using BPi Aminos and now, BPi BCAA Powders, for over a year now. I do rely on those products for my workouts and when I have sessions with my trainer. I have also been a real fan of the BPi Keto Bomb coffee creamer as well. Love the taste of all these products! It's efficiency and taste keeps me sticking to my nutrition and workouts!

Do not order from these people they do not answer any email they do not give you a place to use a discount coupon they put my order through even when I tried to cancel it
