I ordered some products online. Not even an hour later I decided that I didn’t need them anymore, as I had found something different. I tried to call the phone number on their customer service page to get my order cancelled, because there’s no link to cancel in your confirmation email, and no one answered the phone. It just kept ringing. So I emailed the support people and even messaged them on Facebook to get my order cancelled before it was processed (all within an hour of ordering). No response until the next morning when I get an email from Mark Grimm that says they can’t cancel the order and I will be charged for the shipping to return the product. This is unacceptable. DO NOT ORDER BPISPORTS!!! Customer service sucks!

Worst product. Made me extremely sick for days. Would not recommend to anyone.

Very good flavor, so far so good, results started after 2-3 weeks taking it. highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't tried any of your products. But have heard good things. Also love watching James on youtube. I've learned a lot from him. Thanks James

Product is great, fast Shipping to my house once the order was processed which took a week. I love BPI products, The only way i can now purchase their products for a great selection is online as the stores in my area only carry a few products.

I ordered about $50 worth of product during one of BPI's sales and USPS put the key to my parcel box in the wrong mailbox! Needless to say, whoever received the key did not return my package to me and I was out $50 with no BPI products to show for it. BPI immediately contacted USPS on my behalf and got a replacement package shipped to me in no time. Best case scenario I was hoping I could get USPS to refund me my money since the mistake was admittedly theirs, but I got even more than I expected with BPI's amazing customer service. Thank you so much for proving that not all customer service experiences have to be bad!

I’ve just bought a stack of BPI supps and am in the first week of trying them out. The new one more rep (pre workout) isn’t what I thought it’d be but it works alright. I just prefer something with more stim than nothing. The Creatine is always good to take for muscle and strength growth and having a snow cone flavor is pretty cool. I also got the protein which is just to take when I’m low on protein for the day and it also has the 5g BCAA that work together, I got the s’mores flavor. All of them taste great if you’re a taste person and can’t handle supps and also they all break down pretty well. Follow up will come soon since I’ve just started using.

I was not happy because I only received one of the 4 products I’ve ordered. I’ve emailed customer service and got no response. I’m missing about $50 worth of product 😡

BPI Best Pre is really one of the few preworkouts that works for me. I’ve tried them all, and for the price this is one that is consistently good for me: focus, energy, no itchiness, sustained workout. I take it around 15 mins before I hit the weights hard and i can rely on this product to lift me along my workout. One scoop. That’s all. GNC and Vitamin Shoppe has taken it off their shelves claiming people don’t look for it, so I order it directly from BPI. Everyone is always surprised that other “better” products don’t work for me as well as this one. Hopefully they don’t change the ingredients or discontinue because it’ll put a hinge on my workouts until I could find a more expensive replacement.

I understand everyone has their own experiences with preworkouts. I’m one who drinks plenty of coffee during the day and still need the lift in the afternoon. So if you feel other preworkouts are leaving you behind I’d give this one a try

Website was not easy to navigate and would not allow me to stay logged in when transferring between pages. I tried to ask for customer service assistance multiple times and did not receive an answer. Getting help was not easy. I ordered a package over three weeks ago and still have not received my package. My experience was unacceptable and I’m frustred and unhappy to say the least.

The products I purchased arrived in a timely manner and these products are exactly what I need to push me to the next level in my joiurney. I will continue to use these products even after I have reached my goal as a way to maintain what I have accomplished.

I am very happy with my overall experience with BPI products. my products always arrive when the are supposed to with free shipping, and they work/taste great. I would also like to add, considering the high quality of the product they are the best priced i have been able to find. I will be a bpi customer for life along with my family and friends. I had ordered the roxylea and had it delivered to my place. However it was delivered and returned back to the facility because it said i had moved and didn't leave a forwarding address. This is false and when I called their customer service line the number was no longer available and my ticket asking for a refund because I never received the product was ignore. Will not purchase from them again.

Honestly, Service is amazing. Products came in as promised. No complains. Will definitely purchase from BPI more often!
