One of velcro tabs was poorly attached…
One of velcro tabs was poorly attached and I had to sew it back on. Not confident of the workmanship.
Brace does cover the foot however, after about an hour it cuts off circulation across the top of the foot.
Because of the way straps criss-cross under the foot it can be difficult to attach.

We’d also be happy to walk you through a few fitting tips to make it more comfortable. For example, you may find it helpful to adjust the light grey straps—they don’t need to attach to the dot. You can position them more toward the sides or lower on the brace for a better fit. If discomfort continues, please know we also offer a 30-day return policy.

I bought an ankle brace that took away…
I bought an ankle brace that took away the pain. Based on the size measurements, I ordered a medium. However it was a little snug so I reached out and ordered a large. Fits much better.

Not supportive. The material cannot provide my husband’s ankle in proper alignment to protect his ligaments and tendons. Will be returning it

Exchanging size costs $15 for sizing issue on company's part (per call with service). Not worth $20 total fees to purchase and exchange.
Purchased three braces. Sizing was wrong on two of them. I called to confirm I had right size and was told I did. The quality and sizing was not accurate. The exchange fee would be $15 after paying $5 original shipping. I have purchased and use probably 8-10 braces for a wrist (2 years) and have never had a fit/quality issue. Unfortunately I'm out $80 as returning is not worth it.

Eh Not that great
Eh, even though this is called a "thumb" brace, it does not go high enough on the thumb to properly support the thumb, especially for one dealing with trigger thumb. This is not helping me where the ones I got from CVS and Amazon help much more. I am disappointed because I thought this was going to be great.

I thought I bought a one size fits all brace. Received a 'JUNIOR' ankle brace. Not what I thought I had ordered and no it doesnt fit really. Of course this was a 'give away' (50%) from GM A so your attitude was so what. I won't spend $$$$ on any of your products.
