Your receptionist went the extra and went back to find the wrist brace I really wanted and ordered in 2021. That brace did not appear in your website.
Her observations of my past purchase made my day.

Almost a great product for me
The BraceLab product for thumb basal joint arthritis was recommended by my orthopedic surgeon, and I thought it looked like a very well designed and well manufactured product. Unfortunately, it turned out I am right at the boundary between two sizes for the device, and neither size fits me well, not the fault of BraceLab. Otherwise, it might have been an excellent remedy for my thumb troubles

I am not thrilled with the fit of this…
I am not thrilled with the fit of this brace. It digs into the base of my thumb and actually causes more pain. The material is too hard.

The instructions for measuring to order…
The instructions for measuring to order the correct size were clear. It arrived on time and the instructions for applying it were clear as were the instructions for cleaning it. It keeps the thumb joint protected but allows enough movement to permit activities of daily living. It's really well designed.

This brace is supportive
This brace is supportive, light weight and allows you to wash your fingers and upper hand without removal. I now have both a right and left brace to use as needed!

Too expensive even if it does a great job
The device fits snugly and actually relieves much of my thumb pain. The issue I have with it is the price. Way too pricey.
