Does not seem to fit as expected, measurements were correct, but thumb support is to high and does not support thumb base.

I emailed after my order was placed, as I needed to go out of town, and wanted the shipping address changed. I received a promo response, and they very helpfully accommodated my request.

Staff was great very informative
Staff was great very informative, only issue i have is that the brace pinches the skin between the thumb and index finger other than that it feels good when I'm wearing it.

Nice quality
Nice quality, customer service was quick and efficient. Seems to help and hopefully I am able to avoid surgery using this brace.
