Willand branch v helpful
The team at Bradfords in Willand are all really helpful and friendly. Whether on the phone or in person, I've always been impressed with their willingness to find an answer to my questions. In particular we were helped by Ross Perryman while we were looking for suitable decking boards.

Willand branch are really helpful and drivers go to great lengths to get deliveries close to our house. Not an easy task.

Great people but poor service

Bit disappointing really.
I would be cautious about ordering anything else as a result.

Easy online ordering …
Easy online ordering and I was called by the branch to arrange a delivery date. Driver came with help and they very kindly placed my items where I needed them to be. Returned some unused postcrete but because it was a Web order I couldn't get a refund straight away. However a member of staff very kindly sorted it out and I got my refund the next day.
Great Customer service.

Friendly greeting and helpful staff both in the shop and the yard. Product at competitive price compared to the usual diy chains. Will look to bradfords before automatically going to the diy sheds in future.
