Excellent service
Bradfords in my go-to for building supplies and yet again they didn't disappoint. Excellent customer service, very helpful and professional. The delivery arrived early and the driver, Paul, couldn't have been more helpful. Not only that, Bradfords' prices are really competitive and with free delivery and special offers they are extremely competitive on value.

Not informed when delivery would be.
Not informed when delivery would be.
Had to phone on Monday to find out when delivery would be and was told it was going to be the following day and that I would receive a text in the morning with my delivery slot. Received a text saying some of the order was on back order, to phone the office, when I phoned was told it was all on the lorry and would be in next delivery, the office didn't know what I received the text.
Text regarding delivery was sent at 10.28 to say delivery would be here between 10.30 at 1.30pm so was a rush to get some to the delivery location

Top Soil full of cigarette butts
I recently ordered a bulk bag of topsoil. It was called with a delivery date which was prompt. The soil itself was of good quality.
Where the service was let down was the bag having about 50 cigarette butt ends tossed in it. I had to filter through the contents before I could spread it over my garden. Not particularly pleasant.
