Very pleased with the service.Placed my order online, was notified about the delivery date and time. The delivery driver brought my wood up the 8 steps from the kerbside and put it outside the door, without me asking. Really helpful for me. Would use Bradford's again.

The depot ran me on monday to confirm my order and told me my delivery day.

Great service
Brilliant service. Rang to give day of delivery. Lorry driver knows his way to Exmoor after 3 deliveries 😃 He was very polite and craned off goods exactly where I wanted them. All round fantastic service.

Order received in the end
Ordinarily, the service from Bradfords is very good. However in this case nearly a week has passed without any communication from the branch and I have not received my order.
Update: My order showed up, so all good!

Fast and efficient service
Deliver was early and the driver was extremely skilled in getting through the carelessly parked cars outside
Topsoil was gOod value for money compared to other suppliers
Quality looks good although not used yet

First Order
Got a call that my order would be delivered and received it within the hour, via their excellent driver. I cannot give five stars due to the awful website which continually crashes. I had been trying to order the gear for over a week. Please sort your website out. it really is appalling! Even as I am writing this review now the site won't open!

Ordered online had a phone call in the morning to let me know that my delivery would arrive later and a call from the delivery driver to say he would be with me shortly both the driver and the office were polite and friendly and would be happy to order from them again I recommend them for the service to any one
