Fantastic company. Recieved a phone call within a few days of the survey to specify some information and then got my survey back within a week. It was very detailed and clear. Fantastic price and with excellent communication. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Over 6 weeks since having a survey completed and I still don’t have the report despite chasing numerous times and being promised it was being sent each time I chased.
Very disappointing.

After researching companies, Braeside were found to be very competitive in terms of pricing. The communication with them was clear and very efficient and the surveyor themself was great. Overall a very happy customer, thank you!

I Have had several surveys from Braeside and I cannot recommend them enough from Nina who runs the office to Steven who has done my survey. I find them to be quick but thorough covering off all the things that you need all in all they do a great service

Fantastic experience, from the quote to the final report. I was in a hurry to get it done quickly, and they exceeded my expectations. All the staff were always friendly and willing to help.

A very smooth and efficient service from start to finish. All of the staff at Braeside who I dealt with were extremely polite, helpful and professional. The Surveyor Steve was obviously very experienced, and called immediately after he completed the survey to give me a verbal summary of his findings and recommendations, which was very useful. The written survey was available within a couple of days of the survey visit. An excellent all-round service at a very good price.

Nina and Stephen have both been super helpful and generally great. Nina provided additional help when we got bamboozled by Radon being mentioned on our mortgage valuation and Stephen's call post survey and swift generation of the report was amazing.

Braeside Surveyors & Valuers Ltd were prompt to reply and helpful from the beginning. I received a quote quickly, was not constantly contacted after doing so pressuring me to book the survey. I was allowed time to think and obtain other quotes before I decided to go with Braeside. Once I had, the process was very simple, and getting the survey done and receiving the report were very prompt. The surveyor was patient and explained everything following the survey being done, which as a first time buyer was particularly useful. The survey was thorough and reasonably priced.

I thought they were too good to be true as they were the cheapest I could find. However, they were also extremely efficient, were great communicators and got the job done in under a week with a full survey following within 7 days even though it coincided with Christmas. Due to the findings of the survey we are likely to not go through with the sale as they picked up several unsafe areas within the property. I shall definitely be using them for the next survey!

Wow! We chose Braeside Surveyors as their RICS level 2 survey was cheapest by a considerable amount.

Communication was excellent with all the information easy to access. They corresponded with the estate agents and got in touch to say that they had organised a date for the inspection (within days). Our surveyor Steve was thorough and detailed in his inspection and a great guy too!

After the inspection you will receive a phone call with the inspector to give a 15-20 minute overview of what their initial assessment reveals. This prepares you for the written report which takes about 5 days to receive.

The assessment was way more detailed than we expected and very simple for those who know nothing about house construction etc.. They tell you what information to request from the seller which was really useful for discussing with your solicitor.

I know this review can’t single-handedly change your decision however given the research I put into choosing a surveying company and my own experience, I would highly suggest and recommend that you choose Braeside Surveyors and look no further!!

I will say that the process of house buying is not always straightforward however this was as easy as ordering from Amazon, choose the survey, fill in essential details and then the rest is taken care of!!
