Slow and unreliable delivery
I got everything that said it was going to come, but the delivery dates for each package just kept getting pushed further and further back until they came a week after the original date

Poor shipping, good product
The shipping said 3-5 days and it’s taken 7 days just for my purchase to be dispatched, it’s estimated delivery date is 5 days longer than expected.

What an amazing time we had at Braille! Robby was beyond amazing encouraging each of our kids during their lesson- he even taught our 5 year old how to Ollie! A bunch of the Braille team stopped by and were the most welcoming crew. Would recommend a lesson with Robby a thousand times over- your skills will improve ten fold and it’ll be an experience you’ll never forget :)

Nice Board
I bought a board for my son as a gift. He is very excited to put the trucks and wheels on, as well as make it his own. The website is easy to use. The board shipped quick. The board is nicer in person than I expected. I would definitely recommend this site and will be back when my son requests something else for his board.

Purely writing this here because it seems like the only way to get in touch with customer service. I placed an order on the 24th of last month which I completely understand is a stressful time for any business, with the struggles of Christmas and new years.
My order has been in the 'processing' stage for a few days and after seeing the 3-5 day shipping estimate (not around the holiday period) I was worried there had been a mishap with my transaction. I then tried to get in touch via instagram, twitter and of course the customer service email however it's been a few days and I am yet to receive a reply through any.
To reiterate I more than understand the delays hence why I'm leaving a 4* review, however a quick (even automated) email informing me of them and letting me know the transaction has gone through (I never received a confirmation email after purchasing) would be more than appreciated.
I've been supporting the team at Braille on YouTube since 2014 now so I would have loved to give a 5*, will be updating this with any info!
(Update) 04/01/22
Received an email from Parcel2Go stating they've received shipping details, they said they will provide me with an update when my parcel is on its way to me.
(Update) 07/01/22
My item is now "being sorted at the senders local depot" which in Hermes' words is in the "We've got it" stage. I'm not sure if Hermes work over the weekend but if so I'm hoping for it to arrive over the next 2-3 days.
Since the parcel is now in Hermes' hands and not Braille's I will leave the next update when it arrives.
I've been supporting their brand for long enough and seen enough reviews to know their stuff is top quality.
I will continue to support the brand and so should anyone, despite having to be patient with delivery times around the holiday period.
In my opinion if the item arrives, it's a win.

Skate board
Skate board was out of stock. They notified me when they were back in stock. Easy to order, did not arrive before Xmas, but that was expected. Good quality, item as advertised. Daughter very happy with it.
