Order Limited Edition Braille Black Shoes on Black Friday as a little Holiday gift to myself. It's now 1.3.22. My FedEx Tracking number never worked so I was never able to track it. Delivery date was suppose to be 6 days after order. I waited in case it would take longer due to Holiday backups.

I preorder the Original shoes when they first came out even tho I really wanted all black ones, but I was like why not. Really liked the shoes and got really excited to see the Limited Edition all black on Black Friday. Sadly now I'm out the money and no shoes. I'm at a complete lost of what to do.

More disappointed than upset like getting robbed by a good friend.

My husband loves this company. He watches their videos. All the items I bought were high quality and arrived quickly.

The boards arrived when they said they would. I'm happy with the products and would recommend Braille to my friends. I will definitely do business with them again.

Bought the skateboard for my son for Christmas, he loves it.

My son loves these shoes! He watches you guys on YouTube and asked for these for Christmas. He says they are so comfortable and as a mom I like that they are meant for skateboarding and he hasn’t ruined them already because of how they are made!

My purchases were for my 12 year old grandson, and they were an instant hit when he opened the gifts! High quality, durable, and fun. Definitely recommend. Great packaging and quick delivery, good communication and notifications.

I ordered a skateboard and skate trainers for my son with a special request. Braille skateboarding fulfilled our request and my son loves his skateboard!!!

Its crazy how it came with BONES REDs stock. The bird itself feels very well.

Quick shipping. Product arrived in good quality and well packaged. Got some things for kiddo and dad for when they go out skateboarding, and it was a hit :)

My grand daughter is so happy with her boards, and the quality, i definitely would but buy from here again.

Shipping time was the only issue I had with my order. If it wasn't for that I wouldve given 5 stars. A tracking number was created within a day or 2 of me placing the order but then it sat for a week before it left the shipping facility. BUT still a great company.

It was delivered as promised before Christmas but due to a case of Covid has not yet been presented to the final user.

I had some issues with my order, however, the representative I corresponded with (Melissa P.) was incredibly kind and helpful. I was concerned that the company didn't have a phone number for customer service, only email. However, my email was responded to within minutes and my issue was quickly resolved. I was completely satisfied with the customer service I received from Braille and appreciate it very much.

Bought this board for a beginning skater and we are impressed with the design. Bonus! It's a beautiful board. This was shipped out quickly, too. All and all you get a pretty big bang for your buck.
