In Southland store my experience is never great

In Southland store I was left waiting on the cashier trying to purchase a couple of items. I was served by Leanne who was chatting the a woman she appeared to know while I stood waiting, she never apologized to keep me waiting and when the customer service ranking was displayed on the card machine she quickly skipped it so that I couldn’t rank my experience, as I’m sure she is aware my experience wasn’t great.

Refusal to change online purchase - wrong size sent

Purchased a bra on line end November 2025 and the website had issues - with a notice on it - was not sure if order went thru or not - received an email to order again - - received confirmation for wrong size - and emailed to have that changed - no reply - finally the order arrived in December - wrong size - went to Albany store on January to change - store closed - just found there is a Milford store went there to change it - was informed I cannot as purchased more than 60 days ago -Bra still in packaging -

Sent Half a Bikini Set and Refused a Fair Refund

Ordered a matching bikini set, but when the top was out of stock, Bras N Things still shipped the bottoms and refunded the top. This left me with a useless half-set that I cannot wear or return because the items were discounted and final sale. Customer service refused to take responsibility and kept directing me to standard returns, which do not apply to this situation. I am now out of pocket due to their stock issue. This is poor customer service, unfair, and has completely damaged my trust in this brand.

The audacity of the “support team” is astonishing.

As a customer who shops at a brand that claims to support women and make them feel good, my recent experience was deeply disappointing and disrespectful.
I purchased two bras that were faulty and broke shortly after use. This required me to seek a legally entitled refund under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
The Result: One Month of Wasted Time and Financial Distress.
• The Runaround: I was passed between five different customer service staff over a full month. Each interaction required me to resubmit proof of purchase, identity, and my bank details, wasting valuable time.
• The Disregard: Despite repeatedly and clearly requesting a full monetary refund, the company ignored my instructions and attempted to issue store vouchers instead. This refusal to honour a customer's right to choose their remedy for a major failure is a clear breach of the ACL.
• The Feeling: The entire process left me feeling dismissed, unimportant, and frankly, like I was being deliberately stalled and laughed at. When you need a refund for essential, broken items, being treated this way is unacceptable.
If you expect support, timely help, or for this brand to uphold the values it preaches, please reconsider. They have no regard for a customer's time, financial needs, or legal rights. Move to a company that actually values and supports its female customers

Wonderful service …

I went to mirrabooka today and thought i would buy a bra not expecting any help as most bra shops i have been to dont want to help but to my surprise ,Valentina was amazing not pushy made me feel comfortable and no trouble to help me wonderful service.

free shipping on exchange

I bought a size 12 pair of knickers in the Ipswich store, feeling slightly convinced by the sales assistant that I didn't need a size 14, which I was looking for. Not convinced, I went back the next shopping day to ask if anyone else had them in a size 14. The lass looked them up and said 'no'. I then tried one last time in my local Toowoomba store. The gal not only found the size I wanted in a Brisbane store, she also offered me free shipping to my home address. They arrived soonafter. I was very impressed.

Online ordering is terrible

Online ordering is terrible. I ordered numerous matching sets on their sale, but the dont update their stock info online. I place 3 orders over 3 days. And I kept getting emails about parts of my order being refunded. Problem is I order matching sets and then the Bras always come back as being refunded due to being “out of stock” but then they dont cancel the matching underwear. Obviously if I am Ordering a set and half the set is missing. I dont want it.

But Im more annoyed that out of all tge sets I ordered 50% were already out of stock one hour after I paid for my order. Now I have to wait 3-5 days for my refund.

I went to the woodgrove store on Friday…

I went to the woodgrove store on Friday with my daughter and was served by Ashley the store was so busy Ashley was wonderful helped everybody she’s amazing and she was on her own.
I then went in on Saturday to exchange a bra and I spoke to another lovely lady, she was wonderful and very helpful as well.
I then went in on Sunday with my other daughter to buy some new bras and Ashley was working the store was not so busy and again Ashley was amazing she’s so helpful and very lovely to talk to.
Highly recommend bras n things woodgrove shopping centre in melton.

Rude sales staff

Rude sales staff! I will never enter one of the Bras N Things stores again! I went into the Wollongong store today and a sales assistant very reluctantly agreed to help after she got up off the floor from behind the counter. It went down hill from there. Don’t bother staff are rude and combative.

Order never received

Order never received - customer service unhelpful, I’ve tried to contact them several time however my “case” was always closed automatically. The only answer I’ve got is that the post system had issue with tracking… after three weeks the order is not here and I have no way of tracking it. The order has also been processed as complete and I don’t even get the chance to get a refund PLUS this was the review I wrote and they did not publish it cause not in line with their guidelines. WORST CUSTOMER SEVICE EVER

GOBSMACKED & DISGUSTED

Absolutely GOBSMACKED AND APPALED at the customer service after the way I was treated in the COCKBURN GATEWAY store. AVOID this place at all costs. I got rudely ordered by the "manager" to " get off my phone " . What the hell does that have to do with them. They need to learn to MIND THIER OWN BUSINESS. People go through ENOUGH STRESS AND TRAUMA WITHOUT RUDE MISERABLE EXCUSES OF PEOPLE LIKE THAT WHO GET INVOLVED WHERE ITS LITERALLY NONE OF THIER BUSINESS.
they want to take your money but be NASTY to you. NO I don't think so. IM NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED by the way I was so rudely spoken to and treated.
TREAT OTHERS HOW YOU WANT TO BE TREATED!

If i could give zero stars, I would! Don't waste your money or time

This is my last straw with this business. Every single time I order through them, my order is never completed due to their website saying they have items that they actually don't, so I just get refund emails days after the purchase is made, or one piece of a matching set sent..... I can't comprehend the lack of brains behind why you would actually send someone a bottom, but no top?

This time, I received the bottoms of one order but my order for the top was cancelled along with 3 of the 5 other items I purchased. I tried contacting them on the 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th of January with ot going straight to voicemail saying they opened again on the 8th of January?????

Obviously, I've had zero response to my numerous emails to cancel the order before it was shipped as I didn't see the point in just one bottom of a swim set being posted and paying nearly $13 to do so - it was sent to me anyway, of course, because here is the issue with not having a customer service and complaint component to the business......I was then sent a "review your product " email in which I obviously did....outlining my obvious crankiness of never actually receiving the item and the treatment from the company, or lack thereof. I then received an email saying my review went against their guidelines and could not be posted. So, they can offer me disgraceful service, but I cannot leave my honest review? Funny that!

I received a "bulk" email some time thereafter with them having a cry about how busy they were. I assume by the words in the email, along with a majority of their customers, we are extremely over this nonsense of not receiving items, no customer service whatsoever, in my case, receiving the bottom of a swim set I have absolutely no use for.... I'm stunned why we can't contact them... I don't know who runs the business, but they most assuredly shouldn't; and I'd highly suggest they take a look at their business plan again. I for one, will never buy from Bras N Things again, which is a shame because their items are cute and well made. Just needs a new owner!!
