Have been following up for my refund since last five months.Amount was charged to my account as part of the subcription which I was unaware of.The product wasnt delivered and shows in transit since April 2026.Despite emailing and following up with customer servise- Jessica since April,I havnt received the refund yet.

I have emailed 6 times and there has been no reply. I want to return the product. It is missing a part. There is no place online to initiate a return which is ridiculous. There is no phone number. I believe they are a scam. If they are not they have no customer service. I am now out the money. If they do respond it will be after the 30 day return policy. They should not even get 1 star.

Through and Through I am happy with Breevelle. I bought the sprays not knowing what to expect but with daily use, I am confident the spray has worked for me. I have a problem with hot breath sometimes, and I am in people's faces due to my job, and this spray has kept me confident.

Bogus
This company charged me for products I never received, and has me set up on reoccurring charges. When I tried to cancel the monthly charges, that part of the website is blocked. The phone number is fake and no response from email.

Not sure what is actually in it…
The product is listed as an mct base with essential oils, but it is water with light flavor. It came with no product ingredients listed in a bubble bag and crooked label.
No ingredient list for a water-based product is strange and a water-based product should have a preservative. Something fishy about the whole thing. Responses to my questions were very quick, but had no information on the actual ingredients.
