Sweatshirts
Well I bought a few sweatshirts from Brigade and at first they messed up with my delivery and sent me the wrong items so I contacted them and straight away they sent me a replacement. Elle was great and sorted out everything straight away Thank you

Replacement school bag…
Issue with one of the school bags that I had purchased. Elle very quickly arranged for replacement school bag which I received within a couple of days and she emailed me afterwards to ensure I had received it. Very good and efficient service.

Order school clothes Highfurlong blackpool

Very disappointed with this order. Waited more than 2 months and only got a response when I emailed to see what was happening. I was informed they were lost in transit as this was school clothes we had to send our daughter in complete different outfits. Was told they would mark the order as urgent for next delivery and even that took a long time in coming . Never had any other response other than after sending my first email.

Very good communication
Excellent customer service. Ordered uniforms mid September and was also moving house. Reached out to Brigade Clothing Ltd and they managed to search, locate and redirect my parcel to the school. Kelly from customer service was very responsive and considerate.

School uniform- awful company.
Website is like something from the 90s ordered one jumper it’s taken 4 weeks to come and they charged £4,50 for delivery for it too. Madness .

Amazing customer service
Couldn’t recommend the customer service enough, especially Elle. After my initial order had been lost, she processed a replacement and got it dispatched within a few days. She kept me updated and sent me an email the morning of delivery with the tracking number so I could keep an eye on the status of delivery. Thank you again Elle!

Outstanding customer service by Elle. My daughter's cardigan was way too big. I had to return it and order a size smaller.

Great customer service
Great customer service from Cindy! Unfortunately the stitching of one of my sons tshirts came loose in the wash, but I received quick and helpful responses. A new one was sent out immediately and arrived promptly. No issues with the rest of the uniform or the new tshirt.
