Friendly, professional service in Halifax branch from member of staff who seemed very knowledgeable. Good range of glasses to choose from. Very pleased with my two pairs of varifocals.

Great experience and great glasses …

I was at the middleton branch and I found the whole experience of getting my new glasses a very good one, everything went smoothly, there is such a good selection of glasses and great deals on so can get them at a really reasonable price, and free eye tests aswell, cant complain about anything really, staff there also very helpful!

Bewildered and confused...

My appointment was at the Luton branch.
The premises looked cheap, temporary and very untidy inside.
My eye test went ok after some initial difficulty in contacting the optician who performs the test remotely
Afterwards, I was basically told just to go to Poundland and buy a pair of cheap readers.
I was so taken aback I walked out somewhat bewildered and confused.
I will not be back.

Shop closed when I arrived for my appointment

Drove 10 miles to my prebooked appointment. Paid £2 to park in the town. I had my appointment letter printed out. The store was closed though the times on the door showed it should have been open ( 12pm ). Rang and got voicemail saying to leave a message . Nobody informed me that my appointment was cancelled . In fact I got a text reminder yesterday. I won’t ever use Brillen again .

Such an easy experience at brillen

Such an easy experience at brillen, I was helped by the lovely Renee who sat with me and helped me every step of the way, from booking to choosing the perfect glasses for me.

I have followed Renee throughout her journey and wouldn’t trust anybody else, as I know she takes brilliant care of her clients. She still remembered my old prescription style of glasses so could advise for me new care.

The standard of service is second to none, and I would 100% recommend going into store if you have needs or concerns, as the members of staff at the Middleton brand are incredible at their job.

Such a friendly atmosphere, thanks team!

After buying varifocals at Blackburn, I have recently picked up a pair of sunglasses. Excellent service again! Painless but thorough process, and in-depth consultation. Lindsey made me a cuppa (which was welcome as it was really cold outside) whilst I tried on many pairs of glasses. Lindsey was very patient and helped me make the best choice. Will definitely never leave it so long before I get my eyes checked again!

Impressed

Both me and my husband have tried the Halifax Branch after years if using another opticians to buy our glasses. The young lady Noor who looked after us was very professional and pleasant. We have been so impressed with the service our son went. The frame selection is not vast like other high street brands but still plenty choice. Would recommend the company. Great value and quality

Lynsey! She was amazing with the whole process. Talking me through the test process, then arranging a test with the optician & helping me choose new glasses. On collection the same optician was available to fit the glasses. Everything was organised efficiently & I’ll definitely be going back for my next vision check. I received outstanding customer support…

I received outstanding customer support from Andrew at your Portsmouth shop. My frames were broken and he obtained a replacement frame from another shop with some difficulty as the frames are now discontinued. I was really happy to get my glasses back in time for Christmas!

Great value for money, brilliant service.

I cannot fault this company. I bought my glasses from the Blackburn store. The staff member was pleasant, welcoming, informative and just a lovely lady. I was given first class treatment all the way through. She explained everything and helped me choose my new glasses, which I love. I saw the Optometrist today and this lady was also lovely, warm and friendly. She explained everything and again I was given first class treatment. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Blackburn store. Excellent service..
