British Technology Avis 104

Received as a Christmas present and set up just after New Year I was pleased with the watch especially the battery life until I tried to charge it the second time The watch became very hot and no longer works. I have contacted British Technology by email to no avail

I've had a couple of watches that promised much but delivered little.
This one very much is the exception. Excellent battery life per charge and I love being able to answer the phone and have a conversation via the watch. Comfortable to wear and a multitude of displays and menu types to suit your preferences. I accept its not a medical device but still is a guide to health trends. Overall I am very pleased and happy to recommend.

I bought 2 British Technology smart watches one for myself and one for my partner his replaced a Fitbit which kept running out of battery we are so pleased with them both battery life is excellent .. I am not technology minded but found them easy to pair up.. Postage was good..2 lovely looking watches extremely pleased 👍👍

Placed an order and paid in full on 30th November 2025. It is now 28th December and I have still not received my order!!
There is no contact number so I am unable to speak to anyone.
I have sent numerous emails and just receive automated replies.
This company is a disgrace , they take your money knowing full well they don't have the items in stock!!
As no one from "British Technology" has contacted me directly I will take this up with Ombudsman.
Avoid this company !!!!

Watch arrived a little later than expected, due to Christmas post delays, however, it was well worth the wait.

It is a well built solid watch, which paired with the app on my phone very quickly.

Lots of different faces to choose from in the app.

Battery life seems great, even though I use the watch quite a bit, still over 50% after several days.

I got my new watch for my birthday early this month. It is lovely, I've wanted one like this for ages and my grandson, who is 11 helped me understand it.

I've had my watch for a number of months and it has operated faultlessly. I had reason to require a replacement strap and contacted British Volt via email. Their customer service answered quickly and efficiently and my strap was sent out to me FOC.

My wife already has a British technology smart watch and absolutely loves it, so I've decided to have one as well. Easy to setup, great app, so much information and after 6 days the battery is still at 73%.

Short delivery time and well packed. The item was fully functional immediately and totally meets all my needs for that kind of smart device. Well pleased with my purchase and I fully recommend British-Technology!

The smart watch that I bought just few months ago was absolutely great, features wise are all useful like shaking hand to take photos, variety of watch faces for you to choose according to your like, health monitoring is more importantly and with in this amazing watch. I love the sleek style as well.

Watch arrived in good time. Associated app worked well and watch was working very quickly. Choice of watch faces is good. Battery life is excellent and charge time satisfactory. Definitely just what I wanted.

So disappointed - the Health Apps are wildly inaccurate! The watch looks great, is comfortable and the battery life is great. The apps unfortunately function as badly as British Technology's customer service - VERY badly. Don't go near them ..... its certainly no Garmin!

On 29th Sept, I ordered a watch and received a notification that it was going to be delivered by Evri when I was not at home. I opted to have the item delivered to a local locker. I received no notification that the item was at the locker. Eventually on tracking the item it said that it had been returned to the supplier. The company are saying they will not offer a full refund as the delivery was refused. Update: The company have been in touch with me and said they will re send the item and offer a partial refund. Update 2: The shipment tracking has not been updated since the item departed HK on a flight on 4th November. Update: I finally received my watch today. It seems OK and the sort of thing I was expecting. I don't know why the company is called British Technology. The watch is made in China and shipped from China with Chinese instructions.

Lovely watch, easy to set up, very smart watch, love that it has blood pressure setting.

You can get it cheaper on ebay .

I am absolutely delighted with my rose gold watch , unbelievably priced for the quality. The people there have also been very quick to respond to a query . Very helpful. I would certainly recommend .

Been waiting over a month now for this watch, no phone number supplied and the same automatic email response to my chasing correspondence.
Item lost by delivery company, replacement and compensation offered. We shall see, I’ll change my rating and comments if and when it arrives!

I've had a couple of smart watches but have to say this one was the easiest to set up. It is ultra lightweight which makes it even better plus no nickel means no allergic reaction. The different faces that you can have plus the way I can check BP, steps etc is simple. All in all perfect
