Mają problem X tym,ze tak dlugo jestem na chirobowym, nie wiedzieli na czym polega metoda tradycyjna,ale tez sue nie zapytali. Ci chwile chca jakies dokumenty,a to zaswuadczen8e od lekarza z pl,a to od lekarza gp,a to dokument ze spotkania z hr. Chcialam wricic do pracy I otrzymalam restrykcje od gp,niestety, okazalo sie,ze nie ma dla mnie pracy z tymi restryjcjami. Ubezpieczalnia twuerdzi,ze po 4 tygidniach powinbam wricic do pracy ( taka jest karencja) ,a pracodawca nie chce mnie dopuscic do pracy. Za zdrowa dla ubezpieczalni, za chora dla pracodawcy,a piebiedzy nie ma. Tak jak pisal przedmowca,lepuej trzeba bylo odkladac do skarpetki.

Excellent service

Paula (advisor I spoke to), was exceptionally polite and friendly, and provided me with all the necessary information I needed. All in all, a very professional and smooth service, with no waiting around on the phone on hold, like most companies.

A very helpful service when I had to…

A very helpful service when I had to take a month off work to care for my Mum, spoke to them and they advised of other additional benefits I had that would be used to claim. Resolved quickly once info recieved from the GP. Thanks for the support and kindness at the end of loosing my mum

Recently injured myself and been out of…

Recently injured myself and been out of work last 3 months lucky enough I had insurance with them they helped me out and Wer very easy and understanding talked me threw everything and have helped me get back to work would totally recommend to anyone who doesn't have insurance to get it .

Great support

Everything could not have been easier. I was really well supported with British friendly and I would definitely recommend this insurance company to my friends.
I was supported before and after my operation and my payments were always paid on time.

Brilliant Service

I'm a self employed electrician

I'm a self employed electrician, and over the past couple of years I have had reason to claim with British Friendly. On each and every time I've communicated with them, it has been a straight forward and efficient experience, which is always appreciated at a time of heightened stress. Definitely a Friendly company

Unfortunately, I had to make a claim due to suddenly developing a medical issue that caused long term sick leave and eventually cost me my job. The team at British Friendly are exactly that, friendly. They’ve helped me and guided me through all of this transition while I’ve been receiving my Income Protection Payments.

Thank Goodness for British Friendly

I am a self employed chimney sweep and my income is vital, as I'm single and have children. I broke my wrist last March and there was a complication which turned out to be huge and incapacitating - CRPS, which I will probably have for maybe five more years, hopefully not for life.
My British Friendly claim for the past year has been handled with professionalism and sensitivity by Charles Baillie, whose support has been so encouraging during my many down times. I intend to stay with British Friendly and can't speak highly enough of their policies and claim-handling. Without them I would have been in a very serious and frightening predicament.

Highly recommended

I’m incredibly grateful to British Friendly for supporting me financially during my cancer treatment.
The claims process was straightforward, and everything was handled with professionalism and compassion. Tracey was my claims manager and she was amazing! Communication was clear and I was kept updated throughout. I always felt treated as a person, not just a policy number.
Knowing my income was protected meant I could focus fully on my recovery without added stress. It truly made a difficult chapter of my life that bit easier. Thank you so much for the excellent service. I would highly recommend!
