The attentiveness of the staff was evident that at the end of the call my problem solved. The welcome and knowledgeable advice was highly appreciated. For me She is a problem solver. My bad! Lost her name in my mind but she did speak to a customer by the name of Abraham Sesay on the 26/02/2026 at around 12:15.Thanks for your help.

I found the call handler sympathetic and very understanding of my circumstances and made me feel ok about my decision relating to my policy.

Overall the service was excellent and very friendly staff.
Sadly I had to cancel my cover due to changing circumstances but the staff made it very easy and stress free.
I would 100% recommend to people and would consider returning in the future.

My late father introduced me to British Friendly when I was a teenager and recently Paula and Samantha BF staff helped me during a sad and difficult time after the recent death of my Mother . Thank you . Its good to have the security if you are sick.

I am blown away with the assistance I have had from British Friendly.
Sharon T my claims manager has been fantastic throughout the process and has made my feel at ease and confident to be able to concentrate on my recovery.
It’s been a long road and I’m still on it but I feel I will get there especially as I haven’t had to worry about loosing my home due to loosing my livelihood.
I have my other insurances with NFU as they are great for no quibble claims, now with my experience with British friendly I have found them to be outstanding too.
Thank you for everything I really appreciate it, I could not have got through this nasty accident without you.

I have unfortunately not been able to work recently due to a medical issue which I believe will need an operation,
I have never had to take time off work in over 30 years so this has hit me hard,
However I remembered that I had income protection with British friendly and called them to see if I was covered,
I have to say they have been brilliant and so helpful and understanding I can't thank them enough,
Highly recommended them to others.

British Friendly have been great. I needed to use them last year briefly and again this year for a more substantial period. The experience has been very easy and professional.
The claim itself was very straightforward and it has been great to be able to speak real people with ease.
I am currently waiting for my HGV entitlement to be reinstated by DVLA which has taken longer than I expected. They've now extended my claim 2 times after keeping them updated and sending any correspondence I have received from work or DVLA.
If you have a genuine claim and keep them up-to-date I highly recommend British Friendly.

What is didn't like and wasn't informed of was the of days when I tuck out the policy was three working days not a week also I went Ltd,and got penalised for it,my policy went up with inflation,plus my amount paid to me,but because I went Ltd and I received dividends, they reduced the amount I was paid.i don't see what me receiving dividends has got to do with British friendly, I've been with this company for over fifteen yrs.and won't be carrying on with them.they ve got very expensive
