Excellent Service
I would like to say that the service we recieved from Kerry was above and beyond.
Having dealt with different companies after sales it was a delight to deal with a person who cared not only for the company but also for the customer.
The router that was first supplied was found to be faulty and another was sent overnight which worked first time.
An excellent service from an excellent company one which we would recommend with no problem.

.fantastic reception considering we are on saddleworth moors .one quick phone call to set the whole thing up and the day after the router was here plug in and go .a mix up with the billing dates happened but a quick phone call sorted that with no problem .broadband shack staff was really good so no complaints from me .good product delivering the service and good service backing the product

Everyone in the BS team from the installation engineers to the customer service team is helpful efficient and knowledgeable and they always answer the phone. I would recommend them to anyone looking for broadband.

Great service.
Adam and his team explained everything from point of sale to installation. They have helped me massively with technical issues and have explained the technical elements of Internet usage.
Highly recommend this service and company that Adam provides.

Finally a helpful internet provider !
Had useless broadband and was at my wits end with different providers. When I found Broadband shack I expected the same as before but what a surprise!! Everyone I spoke to were really helpful and sorted us with broadband where we can watch netflix (FINALLY) and our sky box works ! Lockdown 3.0 has been made bareable ! Would 100% recommend

I’ve recently had an installation from the broadband shack I must say the company and product are fantastic I couldn’t be happier I will definitely be recommending them. I spoke to Adam and he was very informative and professional he was able to answer all my queries quickly and efficiently.

No internet for almost five weeks
No internet for almost five weeks. No communication unless I email them to get a reply. Fobbed off with 'there's a problem with the mast' and 'we've escalated this to high priority' and 'they're working on it' but still no broadband. And when you check for problems in the area, nothing actually comes up so you don't know if it really is the mast or not. Am looking for alternatives.

Speeds seem to be very much lower than promised!

Excellent personal service with gratifyingly good speeds at the end of it. So much more helpful dealing with individuals who understand the problems and seem to care about the outcome than unidentifiable employees of some of the telecoms giants.

Just had our system installed today. Bit of a long winded process to set up due to the local mast being down but the technical desk were brilliant and we are now up and running. Very helpful.

Have two 4G supplies
Have two 4G supplies - one is seamless, the other is nothing but trouble. Contact with Broadband Shack is difficult - emails don't seem to get answered, phone calls are interrupted by screaming children - not very professional. One Supply is in a holiday cottage - when I asked for a break in service due to Covid they refused and now holiday makers are back, the supply is erratic to say the least. Asked for a bolt on - have been invoiced but still no internet. Where do I go from here?

Unusable 4g internet service and poor technical support
It is over a month since Broadband Shack installed a 4g router and antenna. At no point over that period have we had a properly useable service. A support request ticket was overlooked and it took over a week to get a response. An engineer said they would return to complete the installation of a second antenna but didn’t. Chased again. Told engineer’s visit booked. Still no engineer. Other reviews seem to indicate that the service can work very well but there don’t seem to be the systems in place to address technical issues that occur in a timely fashion (but they seem quite efficient at taking payments whilst not providing a useable service). When I terminated the service during an extended cooling off period they took the antenna away and have not so far refunded the cost of this.
The response from Broadband Shack focuses solely on one part of the issue, the mast apparently being down. They ignore that it took them over 7 days to respond to a service request. They didn’t confirm either engineers appointments or even check whether they were convenient. I had to chase for the second appointment. Engineer arrived at 9pm but didn’t contact me until past 8pm to confirm they were actually coming that day. They took £250 for antenna installation and £40 for 1 month of 4g service, provided no useable service and have refunded neither. They just fixate on the mast being down because they can say that was outside their control. Was it down for a whole month? Their systems and processes were not fit for purpose. No way would I get rid of BT service and rely solely on theirs.
